Party of 3, all ordered the ribs. All three rib orders had white tubes of something running through each rib. (Cartilage ?) couldn’t eat them. The good news is that the manager (don’t remember her name) was very apologetic, comped our meal and gave us all a free dessert. Didn’t expect any of that. So rare to get that type of service. No argument on either side. The waitress was also very kind and pleasant. We left a great tip and will return just based on the terrific service. 4/16/24.

I was so excited to bring my friend to happy hour this past week because of the great drink specials and food specials! It was approximately 5:10pm and no one at the bar and only 1 table in bar area. Let’s start with first impressions , we walked in super happy and said hello to the hostess , and she didn’t respond. Now , we sit at the bar , we were never greeted , and actually had to ask the bartender if she was having a bad day. She explained how she doubled the day before and was just annoyed. We asked about happy hour because there were no menus around ? She spoke super fast as she rattled off the appetizers and made our drinks. After that first drink , we were empty for at least 15 minutes and finally she came back as we ordered pizza and one more drink. She walked away , still never got our drinks , as she returns she makes them as she is rolling her eyes. Pizza comes , we have no plates or napkins , finally she gave us plates , I had to ask for napkins.Needless to say , both of us have worked in this business over 30 years. We get it , it’s tough, and we really try to make it easy for people to talk to us. This was just a super disappointing time, and we will not be back, but let me explain how we felt as though we were an inconvenience. I love to give great reviews and great tips , so sorry

For being a corporate chain and charging what they do our last few visits have left us with much more to be desired. Above and beyond! We came here tonight for my son’s birthday. I’ve never been here. Dom was our server. He was very busy and also helping in the kitchen, yet he was incredibly attentive and awesome! Would come back again just for how great his service was. Also the food was delicious!! Definitely will return!!Kid-friendliness: Table device for games, creative kids menu activities, friendly staff, ballons for the kids after!
