Smokey Bones Tarentum

Worst food. Bad service. Sat there for 25 minutes before getting greeted or giving a drink order. Then another 30 minutes passed before the appetizer come out then waited another 45 minutes for our real food to come out. It was bland and definitely old.

First time at Smokey Bones and it surpassed all my expectations. Food came out hot and delicious! Ribs were so tended and well seasoned, same with the bourbon chicken. The kitchen over cooked a sausage I ordered and our waitress Kristina took it off of our bill without us needing to ask since we had to wait for it. She also brought out refills when our drinks were half way full, offered boxes at the right time without us waiting around, and was so nice! Will be visiting again soon!

Came in for dinner. Sat at the bar and had fast, friendly service. Lindsay was our server and she is always fantastic (she was our server last visit). Very happy with the service and my rack of baby backs were fall off the bone and delicious.

Food was great. Our server was excellent. The buy 1 get 1 deal certainly was a plus!

The 4 of got Baby Back Ribs, they were delicious. Kristina our server handled everything perfectly. And to top off a nice dinner, ribs dinners were BOGO.

I had such a great experience at Smokey Bones thanks to our waiter, Chad. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure we always had what we needed without ever feeling rushed.

Chad’s positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made our meal so much more enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his job and cares about making guests feel taken care of.

If you go to Smokey Bones, definitely ask for Chad. he’s fantastic!
