They have said their slushee machine has been down the past 4 times I’ve been there. It’s literally the only reason I would even go there. 3 months ago they said the machine was down. Today they say it’s still down. For 3 months???

It took almost 20 minutes to get 2 non mixed drinks. As time goes on, this sonic is going down hill.

Waited in the drive-thru for 10 min to order then 20min to get the order and the order was wrong. No employee apologized for the wait. Returned what we were given and asked for our money back. Then they asked for our drinks back. We didn't order drinks. The employees are either too incompetent or too lazy. Gave one star because there is nothing lower. Because of the horrible experience, we will never go to any Sonic again.

Order is always accurate and food hot!
My husband and I ordered a drink we didn't like, so we went back to the speaker to order another and expected to pay for it, cause it was out fault we didn't like it
But the lady that gave us the new drink said it was on them and that we didn't have to pay!

That was so nice of them!

The food took over twenty minutes to be prepared, and when it was given to us, it was wrong. You'd think it would be difficult to screw up a plain hamburger with ketchup and bacon, but somehow, they managed. We won't be going back.

Went here for the first in awhile. It will be the last. How do you get the wrong car hop bay when taking an order? We sat for 25 minutes after ordering when we finally hit the button again to see what was going on, only to find that out. They had the wrong bay listed so didn't know where to take it. Which, we seen no one come out other than to other vehicles to deliver their food, so I don't believe that for a second. When they did finally bring the food, I reached in to cold food. I told them to take it back. It's one thing to forget an order, but make sure it's fresh food and not food that's been sitting in there the entire time. Horrible customer service. Also, half the screens are out and you can't even pay at the car hop. Why have them open? This place is horrible.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Just went through the drive thru for a drink, after the MANAGER handed me my drink, I watched him walk back over to the ice cooler grab a handful (no gloves) of ice and pop it in his mouth, then drop the extra back in into the ice cooler. Needless to say my drink got dumped out. What a waste.

I ordered a milkshake in the Drive-Thru. The car in front of us was waiting for an order but a man came out of the side door and brought what my was my milkshake. It looked like the lid wasn't on straight and I figured oh I'll just I'll just straighten it. Well he handed it to me and took my debit card and went in and as I turned it it was all dripping down the other side and so my car mate got some napkins and put it there. The lid would not fit on. There was no way that this milkshake was going to go through a straw and they didn't even give me a straw. It actually was a total mess. I had to scrape half of it off and it was on me. My car made my cup holder my steering wheel everywhere. This is only the second time I've gone to a Sonic in the last 2 years and I know why I didn't want to go back and now I will never go back to a Sonic. The first time they screwed up my order three times. This time they handed me something that was a mess and could not be drunk as a milkshake.

We arrived at the sonic in Pittsburgh mills about 4:30 tody. We sat in the drive thru line for approximately 13 minutes. There was only one car in front of us and neitherus nor them got service. We ended up backing out of the line and left. When we got to the main road, my wife said the other vehicle had also left without being helped. This seems like a very poor business practice. There were only 2 cars at the parking stalls at the tume also, so they were far from busy...

The absolute worst fast food joint ever!! Not sure what the problem was either understaffed or nobody cared but if it was understaffed they should have put up a sign or something line was ridiculous and could barely get our mobile order. Won't be back nit that anyone cares but wouldn't recommend wasting your time

Young man cleaned off my cup before handing it to me. Very pleased with that great service! Drinks always taste right, food is always fresh and hot. We always stop here when we're in town!
