10 minutes went by before she started my order of one drink. And there were three workers. Ordered a strawberry refresher with extra strawberries. I received a drink with only three strawberries pieces in it and it look like pure water except at the top where a little bit of pink was. We corrected them with the extra strawberries and all they did was open the top and throw a scoop in without mixing it. Then gave it back. Every time you tried to taste it. Strawberries clog the hole. On top of that the lady did not feel very friendly at all with a straight face that looked like she was in a bad mood. Then when you taste it it's literally so watered down you think the only reason you can taste strawberries is because of the strawberries that they actually put in it. There should be a flavor in that goes in it. Who knows maybe they were out. But if they were they shouldn't have charged me at all and just told me so I could order something else. I really feel like I got ripped off. Inn at the prices that they charge. It makes you really feel like you got ripped off.

This team is so amazing! I come inside when I could easily use the drive-through just so I can say hi to everyone! That's how terrific the team is! Great crew! I love them.

Got drinks thru the drive thru. Pleasant workers and tasty drinks. Usually stop here and as usual enjoyed our stuff.

We the drive thru when we go, they are always pleasant & are always smiling. I have a Starbucks closer to me but will drive to this one instead just because of the service & the drinks just taste better.

Some staff members are good and others arrogant. The team members can smile a bit more which will make a big difference to customers
