I could be wrong but I ordered my coffee online, the inside was closed for some private event so I had to use the drive through, when I got to the window the server was upset that I didn't use the speaker box, she gave me a lot of attitude. I understand everyone has bad days but dont take it out on your customers.

Just was there to order 2 caramel macchiatos with caramel on the inside of the cup. The lady at NMIC couldn't hear me, but proceeded to say it back the same way I did with an attitude! 😤 Won't be back! 🙅‍♀️ $15 for an attitude! I’ve came to this location almost daily for 9 years straight. Ever since the location opened in new Kensington and all the workers and management went over there this place has went down hill. The staff are beyond rude and not personable at all. I know how strict Starbucks is and I’m shocked the company even let it get to this point.

The younger dude working today sunday June 1st at 11:45 deserves a raise. He was running circles around co workers. Made 5 drinks while we were there in the time that it took the others to make one.

Besides driving through all the pot holes to get there. Service is terrible. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone answered . When I got to the window I asked why I sat back there so long when there was no one in front of me. The women stayed Sir you didn’t wait 5 min maybe 1 but not 5. Then she gave me a small drink I ordered a venti. She said maybe if you were not so worried about sitting at speaker you would have said venti . Horrible service.

This place is fast, friendly and they mix my favorite drink perfectly every time. The drive through line can get very long at times so if you can park and then ordering inside or even better ordering online then running in is the way to go.

10 minutes went by before she started my order of one drink. And there were three workers. Ordered a strawberry refresher with extra strawberries. I received a drink with only three strawberries pieces in it and it look like pure water except at the top where a little bit of pink was. We corrected them with the extra strawberries and all they did was open the top and throw a scoop in without mixing it. Then gave it back. Every time you tried to taste it. Strawberries clog the hole. On top of that the lady did not feel very friendly at all with a straight face that looked like she was in a bad mood. Then when you taste it it's literally so watered down you think the only reason you can taste strawberries is because of the strawberries that they actually put in it. There should be a flavor in that goes in it. Who knows maybe they were out. But if they were they shouldn't have charged me at all and just told me so I could order something else. I really feel like I got ripped off. Inn at the prices that they charge. It makes you really feel like you got ripped off.
