Went through the drive-thru. The person in the drive-thru was not kind. I purchased three drinks. I had to ask for a carrying tray. They did not put the drinks in the tray. They did not even offer. Not even after they saw me struggling, trying to put all the drinks in the tray in my car. Very disappointing.

Stopped to get a coffee they made my order wrong which it happens more often , but that wasn’t the issueWhen I asked them to correct the order the they were very rude about it no sorry if that not enough she grabbed the cup off my hand and through it in the garbage and left not even caring about anything-when I told the employee about the woman name they refused to tell me and she was even worst not sure what happened to this store it used to be one of my favorite Starbucks store not anymore not sure if I want to come back gain,
Some staff members are good and others arrogant. The team members can smile a bit more which will make a big difference to customers
