They always have a nice selection of sushi for lunch or dinner! The food is often rotated. Usually 90%+ fresh!

Waitress was very rude, always starred at us while we are eating or while we’re getting food. At the end I wanted to leave cash tips , but waitress came up to me angry and started asking for more tips, she was forcing me to leave more tips and told me If I don’t leave them then I should not come over again. Unacceptable service. Talked to a Manager blonde lady and she yelled at me to get out from this place. Something MUST be done to this place, Manager and service crew should do a better job. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

I was fortunate enough to have my senior center plan a trip to the TJ Buffet. Wow all I can say is if there's anything that you're looking to eat, that buffet will have something like it or the exact same thing you want. They have an extensive sushi section and it looks like they have a hibachi section also. The price so reasonable that a whole family can eat here and not break the bank.

Great buffet, everything was fresh, variety/ number of options is very good, prices are totally reasonable (lower than many other similar places), and everything was delicious! This place has earned a rock solid reputation, and it's obvious why that is. I'll definitely go back.
Now, I'm writing this next part not to detract from the other business (which i also like and have never had a bad experience at), but because it is truly the way I feel, and one may quote me on this -
- This place is better than Hokkaido. It is more consistent, features a greater variety, and is less expensive. Win win win!

Vegetarian options: A vegetarian can still have plenty of options - a variety of buffet items, better than veg options at many other places.

Parking: Easy, ample parking. Huge mall parking lot, at a somewhat less than fully occupied mall. Another win win for this business and it's customers.

Paid $60.00 for ice cream. The food was disgusting could tell it was sitting out for a long time was hard and chewy. Will not be returning

SO GOOD. ALL THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD. I WANT TO COME HERE EVERYDAY. MY GRANDMA DIDN'T WANT TO GO BUT THEN HER MOUTH STARTED WATERING AND SHE SAID SHE LOVES THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE WAS LIFE CHANGING.
