A wonderful surprise gem of Vietnamese cuisine in small-town-America Telford. Their Vietnamese Hoagies are stellar and great for take-out. We bought ours mid-afternoon and had them later for dinner and nothing was soggy or mushy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Edit: After moving out of the area, I keep reflecting on how much I miss this place. Most Vietnamese spots I visit don't serve cahn chua or bahn xeo and Vietnam Cafe does both perfectly. I'm hoping to get the chance to visit the area soon and hit this place up again. Treasure your local restaurants, people! Most small towns aren't this lucky!
