they make good soft pretzels but the sad part is that they don't accept debit or credit card to make a purchase. these people need to do better because some people might get upset and they just want to pay for whatever food they want.

I love auntie Ann’s but this place has bad quality I paid $9 for a pretzelAnd a small lemonade and not only did it have to be cash they would not provide a receipt the dough did not taste cook it was cold hard like if it was sitting there all day terrible service horrible quality over priced

I have been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks between 4 - 6pm. Each time the register was closed for “random updates". One of the times there wasn’t even anyone behind the counter. The one time I went there and it was open I was charged $5 for a stale chewy pretzel and honey mustard dipping cup before. After that I’m not sure if I want to even try this store again.

We visited Auntie Anne's today with the intention of serving a party of ten people. and were greeted by a very rude manager that told me she refused to take my order as she had just restocked the shelves and was not doing all that work again. seems she should consider another career path.

I bought a pretzel with salt on it and asked for garlic Parmesan seasoning and they told me they can only put seasoning on plane pretzels!! I offered to pay extra and still they refused! Never going again!
