Chipotle Mexican Grill

A couple months ago, I wrote a very positive review. This is my third time back and I take back my positive review.
The only thing fresh was a guacamole, and it was very good very and expensive.
Staff standing around, not waiting on people. I think only one person spoke English. First time I went there it was great second time I thought it was my fault that I ordered something too spicy to be edible so I played with a little more caution this time no I have zero desire ever come back. If you're gonna pay three dollars extra for guacamole you should get more than two small tablespoons. You're going to pay for a large Walle which isn't very large you would think they would throw in chips with that.

Yeah I can understand why most of them in the whole country went out of business.

Now if you really like spicy it's good you're gonna pay a lot for it granite there aren't very many Mexican restaurants around here.

My son ate here and immediately started violently throwing up. He’s now in the ER!!! Quick google search confirms this is a serious problem across the country. PLEASE DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The little girl in there playing with the food and didn't have any corn nor pork and was serving I didn't order. No pork no corn no order plus the little girl was playing with the food.

I added large chips and guacamole to my order. The chips don’t taste fresh and the guacamole looks like the pictures below. I’m pretty sure it is left over from yesterday because I never seen guacamole oxidation this bad unless it is left for the second day. So disappointed. Chipotle, do better! This review is strictly based on the quality of food. I ordered online and the food was ready when we got there, but it does not matter when it looks like this.

Been here 2 times in the past week the food is terrible quality, my one order looked like someone did it fast little to no meat and every topping was skimpy. The one today was down right terrible ordered tacos and a burrito neither one had meat in them and it had to be done online they weren’t taking in person orders. When I call to talk to a manager can’t even get a hold of one about the issue to get it fixed.

Ordered from uber eats and was severely disappointed with what I received. The chicken bowl had barely any chicken and the chicken that was there was dry and old. Trying to cover it up with the absurd amount of rice they gave me did not work. In addition to that, they forgot my queso for my chips and queso. Sick of Chipotle slacking off and not caring about the quality of food they serve especially for delivery.

Burrito was sopping wet almost like someone purposely didn’t strain the liquid on certain food items. Absolutely disgusting couldn’t eat

At 9:20 PM, the employee that was making my order gave me an attitude or whatever. I purchased 4 bowls for my family and I after work, and while his friend was sitting nearby, he called him to basically judge how many I was buying. If you’re gonna judge how many bowls customers are buying maybe don’t work at the food service!

I’ve been to enough Chipotles to know this location is hands down the best! ( on certain days) but I mostly have a good experience! I went two days in a row Thursday it wasn’t so great but today I had another great experience! you can tell who the hardworking people are! They deserve to be praised!

Absolutely unacceptable that no matter what time of day you go to this place, they have no ingredients and give such small portion sizes, yet charge the full price of a bowl. I don't understand how at any given point they have not prepped or made enough ingredients for the volume of customers they serve. Service is also an issue here. The person behind the counter today was on her phone and did not even come up to greet the customers or speak when taking their order. It's a shame that customer service has dropped to this abysmal level.

Thank you for being the only competent Chipotle in Berks County! They have a great staff, always have full containers of food, and fill portions correctly! Look at these photos! It is well worth driving 10+ minutes out of my way to avoid the Broadcasting Square location. I cannot recommend this location enough. I have had a great experience 100% of the time.

The Service is horrible 2 guys messing around didn’t a say a word to me as my ticket is sitting on the counter waiting to be made.
