I’ve been to enough Chipotles to know this location is hands down the best! ( on certain days) but I mostly have a good experience! I went two days in a row Thursday it wasn’t so great but today I had another great experience! you can tell who the hardworking people are! They deserve to be praised!

Thank you for being the only competent Chipotle in Berks County! They have a great staff, always have full containers of food, and fill portions correctly! Look at these photos! It is well worth driving 10+ minutes out of my way to avoid the Broadcasting Square location. I cannot recommend this location enough. I have had a great experience 100% of the time.

Inconsistent, ive always been able to get a cup carrier when picking up more than two orders. I was told today yall dont provide those and the worker instructed me to go to starbucks in target and ask them for one as if theyre just gonna hand me one without buying from them. I was there a month ago and was able to get one for four cups. Its inconvenient. If this restaurant was just simply out of them then just say so dont tell me you dont provide them and direct me somewhere else.
