Whatever you're imagining—it’s worse. The food is fine, quick, whatever. But the way the staff are treated? Absolutely disgraceful. I’ve seen employees in tears from how they're spoken to and pushed around. It’s not stress—it’s outright mistreatment.
The management here seems to think respect is optional. It’s not. If you’re running a business, basic decency should be the bare minimum. And when you bring it up? The management yells at YOU. Absolutely ridiculous. No one should be breaking down on shift just because someone in charge can’t manage their own frustration. Get it together. These people deserve better.

I don't understand how you leave a review but don't be saying anything to them personally hiding in a google account is OUTRAGEOUS!!! , I love this dunkin , they are so fast with my orders and they obviously look tired but as a customer i get it if i worked there and these people come out and ask for a coffee and still expected them to guess what they want in it like are you serious ??? how do you not know what you want??? and the boss lady is so nice ,

ARE YOU KIDDING ME with this Dunkin'?! Seriously, the owners need a HARDCORE management intervention. It's like they've never even heard of treating people with respect. The staff looks absolutely miserable, like they're serving time, not coffee. And the whole place? Depressing! I genuinely feel bad for the staff. The owner lady always looks like she wants to bite your head off. What's her problem? Maybe she's got her own stuff going on, but that's NO excuse to make everyone else's day a living hell. If you can't handle your emotions, you shouldn't be running a business! These managers need a serious reality check. Therapy? Management courses? A crash course in basic human decency? ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Very nice, quick staff. Prices are consistent and drinks made perfect. Drive out of my way to come to this Dunkin after moving further away. The staff and atmosphere are just awesome!

Smashed all my stuff in a bag this shit cost a lot of hard working money for them to crumble up your shit to a small Baghdad food taste like it’s old oh n manager they said just stepped out figure that how convenient get people that like their job maybe service will improve n the quality of the making the food will be better

If I could give this Dunkin’ a zero-star rating, I would. Every single morning, they mess up my order. I order a simple medium iced coffee with cream, and somehow, I get a sugar bomb loaded with three shots of caramel syrup. How hard is it to make coffee correctly when that’s literally the job?
But today was the final straw. Not only was my order wrong again, but the employee at the window had the audacity to question the way I was ordering. Excuse me? I’m speaking clearly and directly to avoid mistakes—which, by the way, keep happening—and your response is to mock a paying customer? Completely unprofessional.
If management actually cared, they’d train their employees to do two things: 1) Listen. 2) Make coffee correctly. It’s not rocket science. Until then, I’m taking my business elsewhere. If you value your time, your money, or just getting what you ordered, do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.

Went stopped on the way home to get coffee with the wife. We pulled up to the drive thru and it was complete silence for 2 minutes. We pulled around and there was several workers standing around inside. We pulled up front and wife walked in. She was in there for at least 5 minutes and no one helped her. The workers seen her but no one acknowledged her. We will not be back there ever! If you don’t want to work stay home!!

Very fast, friendly and food was great. My sandwiches were perfect. 5th St Dunkin in temple rules!!!!!!!! The young lady taking orders at the drive thru was so polite and when she handed me my food, polite too. Forgot her name. Sorry. But whoever was at the window handing food orders out at 8 am on 8/11, great job. Keep that energy!!!
My favorite place for frozen coffee. I do wish that when I order something new and call it by name that they would make it exactly how it's advertised. No matter what DD I don't get the whipped cream and drizzles, etc unless I request.

Great coffee and menu selection for breakfast type of sandwiches, donuts and sides. Wait times are decent and especially if you compare them to what Starbuck waits are. Easy in and out location and go frequently. As with many coffee shops, pricing is on high side and especially ice tea which should be the cheapest give how it is made :)

Kid-friendliness: Benji and Kaylah where the most fastest and nicest employees there I have ever experienced.. I have been coming here over 5 years… In fact, Benji waited to hear an order in fact, Benji waited to hear an order and went back and started making it. I have never seen someone move so fast so courteously so respectfully as Benji. I honestly wish I could take both of those employees to my own business, but I’m happy that they’re in customer service , there are some amazing individuals . Both smiles from ear to ear! Polite and extremely friendly.. This was the best experience at this DD.. More employees like this would make a better world!!
