I've never heard so much cussing (lost count of the number of F-bombs dropped in less than 5min wait), gossiping and trash talking about different types of people (church attendees), and laziness. This is certainly NOT a family friendly establishment! I have heard less gossip, foul language and trash talking at local bars than I did in a place where families can visit or customers should be able to sit and have a morning conversation or personal time in a peaceful setting! Horrendous! When my friend and I awaited to place an order- not typical customers of Dunkin (now I am reminded why) none of them offered assistance or made effort to interact. We felt like a burden, even having to call out "Excuse me." to the group of them gossiping away, even get our receipt. Awful! The food was average but with the lack of attentiveness, topics of conversation about excessive drug use and driving under the influence of drugs, I felt uncomfortable consuming the food and would have honestly left had it not been at the request of others to get Dunkin in the first place. The food was average. The employee quality- extremely sub-par. I would contribute it to incredibly poor management. This location needs to clean house and hire well if they intend to do maintain long term sustainability and success. If you're looking for delicious donuts and fresh coffee with more pleasant service and a more relaxed atmosphere- visit the WaWa next door instead! If spewing hatred and consistent f-bomb trash talk, entrusting individuals who brag about engaging in excessive drug use (while driving- imagine what they're doing when working with your food) and inattentive customer service is your thing- more power to you. The laziness is also apparent in the smaller details such as empty display boxes sat around (see photo of top of donut case) and some tables had crumbs from previous customers, etc. Is you have time to lean, you've got time to clean. My final recommendation- Just don't! Please avoid at all costs. Management- if you're reading this- it's time to clean house and step up your game. This is partly due to poor leadership!

Every time I go to this dunkin they get my order wrong. This morning I only wanted a coffee and a sandwich. When I got up to pay they said the total was $20 and i was surprised to find out she charged me for 3 sandwiches. When I asked about it I was told that’s what I ordered and they can’t change it. It sucks because I also need gas in my car and Christmas present for my family. NEVER GO HERE!!

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich here. The coffee was pretty good, as per standard Dunkin protocol. BUT the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich tasted like plastic! Like, REALLY plasticy. Something is wrong there. I couldn't eat it at all. I had to go to a turkey hill and throw it away because it was making my car smell like burned plastic.NEVER AGAIN!

Every time I have gone to this Dunkin they have messed up my order some way or another… Today the employee that “helped” me in the drive thru was very rude & did not make my order correctly once again… I used to spend a lot of money going to Dunkin & had the rewards app downloaded, but now I will NOT be spending money at Dunkin Donuts ever again due to the fact that I don’t want to spend my money on something that never gets made right to my order. Then when you tell the employees about your order & how it was made wrong & doesn’t taste good at all etc. they don’t fix the problem. They just make it worse! Today I didn’t even bother having them re-make my drink because the employee that “helped” me was already miserable enough & I don’t have time for that.DON’T go to the Temple Dunkin unless you want disgusting food & drinks!!

The drinks are always made right and the staff is always friendly!Special shout out to Kenisha (hopefully spelled correctly) she is always friendly and does what she can to make sure my order is correct! Get some people in there that know proper English. The one woman in there was rude as hell and really had me wanting to return my whole order all cuz I asked for cold foam. Which wasnt on my coffee. And she said well I asked you you said no. I know what I ordered. She just didn’t hear me but that was my fault I guess. No need for the attitude. Will never go to this dunkin for this reason. Food was good tho.

I have been wanting to rate this Dunkin for some time now, but never got around to it until now. First off, I have never rated another Dunkin before, but this one deserves me to rate it. Personally, this Dunkin is so consistent with their food and beverages. I am always happy with my order when I go here. Other locations in the area do not seem as consistent as this one, so I stop by when I can. I will state that I am not a fan of the location as it is not very spacious, but looking past that, this is one of my favorite Dunkin's. If you want a Dunkin that is fairly consistent, then this is the one to go to. Now this is just my experience when I go, but I wanted to share it.

Go to this Dunkin' Donuts every day twice a day this was the worst time going there place my order asked a question and didn't even get a answer The person working the window then walks over to the other two people working and started talking about me how do I know this is when all 3 look at u and start laughing also this was the first time I paid a different and higher amount I do not think I will be going back since if u see them talking about you when you're there wonder what they say about u after u pull away

In my own opinion this is the best dunkin donuts around the area.the food is always fresh and made correct. The staff is always polite, never a long wait in the drive thru. Live close to 2 other dunkins but I choose this one because of the good customer service and not having to wait in a long line and be late for work.Kid-friendliness: My kids love getting their iced coffee here.Parking: All the parking spaces are within feet of the entrance making it easy and convient for people with disabilities or parents with children.
