Delivery order arrived missing two items. Tried contacting the store to get a refund, and they gave me a runaround, and we’re not at all helpful.
Also, the quality of the food was not very good. The breadsticks were cold and chewy, and the pizza was bland.
Checking other reviews, I see nothing but negative comments! How is this place still even open???
Stopped in for the lunch special and the guy behind the counter just yelled at me that they don't have the combo as I walked to get the drink. Not sure if they don't offer it anymore or they are just too lazy to make them as thats all he said, made a face and turned away. Horrible customer service.
by far the worst customer service. refuses to make deep dish pizza. 1pm black fri and not a single pizza made. this owner has got to be present. these teens are sitting arpund talking instead of working. few wks ago walked in the door shortly after they opened and the place was beyond gross. floors, counter, doors, rugs.
