THIS MC DONALDS DOES NOT GIVE REFILLS! I WILL GO TO MISSON BBQ TO GET REFILLS! ATLEAST I KNOW IIM WELCOMED THERE BECAUSE IM A CURRENT SERVING VETERAN!
Service was horrendously slow, ordering inside was like time stood still. 10 orders served through the drive-thru and nothing completed for inside across 15 minutes, I had left after seeing the priority was for the drive-thru
They did not give my son a toy with his Happy meal, I had to go and beg.
It’s been a while since I’ve had McDonald’s, and I got a “6” count nugget and large fry. Not only is it overpriced ($11 for just that), but apparently there’s a new rule that I must’ve missed, where “6 count” really means 5. It’s been awhile, so maybe I missed that announcement where 6 means 5 idk.
Burger was dry and bun was stale.
Rude workers, would not help at the counter. Said no free refills and threw my cup away?!?!
I tried asking the fella who helped me with my order. I had asked a question about a price for kids toy. Bro straight up said idk and walked away. Didn't bother to asking or getting someone who might know. Walking around like he didn't care isn't good customer service. 😒
I ordered for me and my family understand that they was busy and it took a little bit to get food but when they got mine and my daughters drink wrong and I went back up to change out for the right one and multiple of the employees looked at me and did even say a word and one went to help other customers after me and when I was acknowledged they still got my drinks wrong for second time and I was done and decided this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonalds

The weekend management shouldn’t work here if they’re unhappy with their job.
I work customer service/ food service so I know it gets rough if being short handed or when it’s really busy.
But the attitude and work atmosphere tonight was so beyond unnecessary.
My kids and I LOVE everyone that works here during the weekend but the weekend, I won’t be coming here anymore.
An employee asking the manager to help a guest with a refund, and the manager shouting loudly for all the customers to hear “Well they can wait!”, is SO unprofessional.
This location has an ongoing issue with being listed as a 24 hour location but anytime it is later than 11 PM. It appears the staff “decide” whether or not they want to be open… even though all of the lights are on, and you have to pull up to the drive-through and you will be either told they are closed or they will take your order. It’s a 50-50 shot.

They were super disrespectful to me over the phone wouldn’t even let me order. They were telling me to go tell my mother to order when I am 17. I don’t know what that person thought they were doing, but it was super disrespectful and I hope that they get fired and they wouldn’t even talk to me when I tried to call back. They hung up on me every time. Make sure your service is a little better.
