They dont know how to make an ice carmel coffee it's always black and no flavor and when I tell them about it they give an attitude.. I used to like going here not anymore

Got my order wrong after waiting 20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. All employees had attitudes. Ordered a mcgriddle and got a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin. Read the order instead of throwing stuff carelessly in a bag. Never coming back to this location

Dude, sick of McDonald’s. I pull up to pay, give them cash, get my change, and start driving off when I realize they shorted me five bucks. I tell them at the next window and they’re like, “Pull forward.”

Nah. I’m staying right here.

I get my money back, get my food, check the bag — looks good. Start pulling off, reach in, and I’m missing a burger. I throw it in park and walk inside. Tell them I’m missing a burger. The guy just grabs one, puts it on the counter, says “sorry,” and walks away. This isn’t the first time this has happened. How hard is it to get the correct change and put together the correct order?

Went on a busy night so we were patient. Ordered car side. We waited thirty minutes before my friend went inside to check, then I followed. A girl had told her the manager would talk to us. 5 minutes passed we were being ignored. Another 5 minutes and the girl told us she was finally telling her manager. After 10 minutes management came over, when we explained the situation she went to check the food, we explained we didn’t even want it anymore we just wanted a refund but they kept ignoring us. Manager then raised her voice at us, telling us that she did something wrong to cause this - finally after another five minutes and some arguing I got my refund. Terribly rude management.

I usually only get breakfast here, so I can't say for the lunch service, but this location is as you would expect. Food it's always hot and fresh, never have to wait for anything, staff is always friendly and in a good mood (even on weekend mornings!).

Another location close by is terrible, not this one, this one is great. I was just at the bad location nearby and it reminded me how good the service is at this one.

EDIT: I went back for lunch.
I drove past the one is Leesport to go to this one for lunch, was not disappointed. Food was hot, got it fast, had time to spare when I got back to work. Fast service, friendly staff. Will be driving past the other one in the future for this one.

Even though I do the mobile app, I still have to wait in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes, while other cars are coming through and getting their food/drinks. This McDonald's has the worst customer service, the people do not care about the customers. It's actually sad to see how paying customers are treated here. I do not recommend going to this McDonald's to anyone that cares about customer service.

Burger bun was stale. I waited 25 mins for my order inside. The place is dirty to all hell. The crew members are lazy. They need a new change in management the place is terrible. The second time I went same thing all I wanted was a large fry 20 mins later there cold . I'm sick of this rip off franchise boycot this crap.

Horrible experience here. Order not correct, which does happen sometimes, I know. But my 8 year old wanted to try and get the order fixed. Standing at the counter, they continually walked past her, looked at her, and kept walking. Then, they allowed two young men to walk around the dining room vaping, blowing big clouds of smoke. Ridiculous. Food was barely ok, not worth the money, for sure. But why won't I return to spend another $60 to $100? Their service. Shame on all of them

Being parked every single time even if it’s a small order and no one else behind you is so frustrating, they care more about their timers and rankings having cars sit by window then actually worrying about getting the person out in time, not to mentions being out of snack wraps just days after launching, sounds like some serious upper management issues. Sad sad sad..
