This is the first time in longer than I can remember that I went to any McDonalds and received a burger that was hot and moist. Maybe it was luck, maybe they were just unusually busy and I happened to get fresh food, but I go to McDonalds maybe twice a year if I have to, and I’ll say that if I was near this location and in need of a quick bite I would absolutely try my luck there again.

This was the first time I visited this location after their remodel. There is a lot of wasted space. You can no longer dispense your own drink. There are no extra napkins, just the few they give you. The lighting in the dining area is poor. It was dark outside when I visited this location. I wanted to read while I ate my dinner, but the lighting was so poor I had to walk around to find a table that had some light. I would say that this remodel is a failure! This store will not be one that I will visit often!

I had ordered my food 5-7 minutes before I got there, when I did get there I had to wait 20 minutes till they actually gave me my food. But I was missing my sauces and fries… there was no sense of urgency and should not be called “fast” food bc it’s was slow asf 👎🏻

I went there to pick up a Uber eats order the female in the drive thru intercom told me to wait on the side literally had me waiting an hour so I drove up to the window and she has the nerves to yell at me and starts bad mouthing me and tells me that I left when I was waiting on the side if this is the type of employees that you are hiring at McDonald’s then this means that any delinquent person can work there and then she has the nerves to run outside and try to chase me driving off this worker should be fired and this happened on 11-28-2024 at 3:15am whatever female worker that was workng the drive thru that night Caucasian age 20-25 should be fired if they are not in going to press charges on the store I wouldn’t recommend to anybody doing DoorDash or Uber eats

Personally, there are plenty of other McDonald’s restaurants around that I would choose over this location. I have never received a correct order here and on two different occasions my burger was raw inside. It’s a waste of money to go here unless you want to get sick.
It was the same old mediocre food I have come to expect from McDonald's, the service was great, however the dining room was in serious need of repairs.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve only been to a few, but while accompanying some friends who were craving McDonald’s we stopped inside this location for the first time. One of the slowest experiences ever, for a “fast” food restaurant. The manager was walking around smiling as his employees were completely uncoordinated.
