So they took my order, $15.75, then i get to the drive thru and a teenager in a pixie cut comes out saying they closed from exactly 11:30 to 12:30 am because someone just painted their parking lot, (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT???). Long story short, I then called inside the restaurant to get a refund and or the order cancelled and the woman who answered asked for my code, then could not figure out how to refund me. I asked for a manager and she ignored me, stole my friend and I’s money, then left the phone off the hook so I could not call back. Its very odd for McDonalds to be closed for exactly one hour, unposted anywhere, still take orders and blame it on a midnight paint job. Quite thought those kids were pranking me but now im more suspicious of what painter they got at 11 pm and what they actually were doing in that McDonalds location. I hope they are investigated and or clear house on who they have working nights.

I came to the drive-thru with a mobile order for a drink and order fries and two apple pies. They immediately parked me in their parking area and then Park the next three cars behind me. Their excuse was they didn't have fries ready at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday. Then the manager comes out to me and tells me they don't have apple pies. After I ask the question she became extremely rude with me very unprofessional restaurant

Typical McDonald's food but it was good and getting
I haven't been to this McDonald's in ages since they alway seem to mess up our order, but since I was shopping nearby and was hungry, I thought I would stop. It wasn't even busy, and I only ordered two burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets, along with dipping sauce, and once again, they messed up our order. Why didn't I check before I left? I know better. We were missing one burger and the dipping sauce when I got home. So I called and was told that my burger was sitting on their table. That was their last chance.

When you close one of the two drive thru lanes, tell the DT Cashier how many cars were still in the lane. Sat there while multiple cars went by in the other lane, and then had to sit there trapped and couldn't get out.

After being made to wait about 15 minutes on our 4 mcdoubles and 2 mc chickens we ordered with NO onions. We got home to find onions on all 4 burgers as well as both mc chickens which normally don't even come with onions ?. You are definitely better off hitting the McDonald's at the other end of 5th street and save yourself a headache.
