I’ll never order from this place again, the lady who answers the phone is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. She rushes you to order your food and then doesn’t even ask how you want to pay and just hangs up on you. The food isn’t that great either but they deliver which is the only reason I order from here. NEVER AGAIN! If I ever came face to face with her I’d probably slap her for being so rude. She should never be allowed to work in customer service!

I would rather kick rocks than write this… but the lady who takes phone calls is completely rude!!! I’ve been going here for awhile and never have been disrespected as I was today. I called for a delivery and the lady hung up on me. Not once… but three times! It’s unexcused even if she is having a bad day. That is poor customer service. At least take my order you lazy pos.

The food is fine, but they need to put more shrimp or more protein on their fried rice. And sometimes, when you have a big order, they missed an item and not getting a refund. But, I am still giving them 5 stars.

I ordered sesame chicken combo, 3 pizza egg rolls and honey donuts. Would I eat here again eh unsure. I was given two egg rolls . One regular and one pizza. The honey donuts tasted like they were fried with beef cubes and the chicken was ok. Would i recommend probably not. The food was hot just not the best quality.
This place is lucky they got 1 Star from me! The food was absolutely DISGUSTING!! The shrimp tasted fake, the rice was not fresh AT ALL. I even called the lady to ask about the ingredients and she screamed at me over the phone and put me on hold. I tried calling again and she blocked my number that’s bad for business!! I would NEVER order from here nor recommend. Is this even real meat?! I’m literally so disgusted ??

The Chinese People here are so disgustingly disrespectful , rude and ignorant at best. So my review will be just that! They have deliberately delivered “BAD and SPOILED” food to my home. I have been disrespected and yelled at (luckily I didn’t want to go to jail) about accommodations for vegetarian family members. After given chances to them to better and spending more money than I would like to admit. This place and these people can go to hell!! So please stay away and go somewhere else like Magic Wok or China House. I will continue to tell my friends, family, colleagues and community to STAY AWAY !! I’m not giving them my money for food I didn’t ask for and disrespectful service. The b**** lucky she hasn’t been touched yet! Talking to customers like she ain’t got no damn sense!!
