Tonight 12/14/25 (est 6:35pm) I ordered 2 group broccoli cheddar soups and 1 sandwich with rapid indoor pickup. I was told that I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the broccoli cheddar soups because they had to thaw after waiting for the food to be ready on the app for 10 minutes. After that 10 minutes I was called to the counter and told I could either wait another 10-15 minutes or get a refund/change the soup out for a different one. I waited the 15 minutes and was called up to the counter again to be told it still wasn't done and asked if I wanted to wait. I waited 45-55 minutes after the app said my order was ready and finally got my soup and sandwich. Not once did a manager come out to apologize or offer anything for the wait. The lady at the counter was very respectful and apologized multiple times but 45-55 minutes is outrageous for 3 items while there wasn't a rush and while using the rapid pickup option. After arriving home the broccoli in my soup is hard. Not recommended to eat here on a slow Sunday evening.

Horrible service. Some of The workers weren’t putting any effort into making the food good. They put No croutons or cheese in the French onion soup. And barely gave enough soup to fill the bowl. Won’t be going back ever.

Worst drive though I’ve ever been to. Literally only ordered a drink and sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. The saddest part is the restaurant was empty, there was only 1 car in front of me.

I ordered a Toasted Garden Caprese(WHOLE)
After waiting for 10 minutes, Sophia, the cashier tells me she put in my order wrong and that they will make the actual order quickly. Which was fine with me, she handed my food to me and after I drove off, I realized they gave me a half chicken ranch sandwich.. had to drive All the way back just to WAIT AGAIN for what i originally had paid for.

I ordered a Margherita flatbread pizza, and waited forever in the drive thru line. When I got to the window, the employee said, "sorry we don't have cheese for the pizza, do you still want it?". Obviously I said no, I don't want to pay 15 dollars for a cheese pizza with no cheese. I left without anything. If they had known they didn't have a major, common ingredient when they sold it to me I could've avoided a 20 minute wait in line. So irritating, especially for a place that is overpriced and incredibly stingy with dressings for their salads and butter for their bread. (Oh, and the price would've been the same for the pizza had I accepted it without cheese.)
