I ordered a Toasted Garden Caprese(WHOLE) After waiting for 10 minutes, Sophia, the cashier tells me she put in my order wrong and that they will make the actual order quickly. Which was fine with me, she handed my food to me and after I drove off, I realized they gave me a half chicken ranch sandwich.. had to drive All the way back just to WAIT AGAIN for what i originally had paid for.

I ordered a Margherita flatbread pizza, and waited forever in the drive thru line. When I got to the window, the employee said, "sorry we don't have cheese for the pizza, do you still want it?". Obviously I said no, I don't want to pay 15 dollars for a cheese pizza with no cheese. I left without anything. If they had known they didn't have a major, common ingredient when they sold it to me I could've avoided a 20 minute wait in line. So irritating, especially for a place that is overpriced and incredibly stingy with dressings for their salads and butter for their bread. (Oh, and the price would've been the same for the pizza had I accepted it without cheese.)

We are the only car, in the whole entire parking lot. I ordered online, and they obviously did not check their orders because I was told to go to the window, but then someone told me that the order just went thru, and asked me to pull into a parking spot and they will bring it to the car when is ready. I would have understood if it was busy, but literally we were the only clients and only ordered a you pick two and 2 drinks. Get it together.

I am giving a 3 star because they need to teach ALL employees how to make a vanilla latte!! This is an expensive coffee drink to then taste like a regular cup of coffe, no sugar, no flavor in it with just a little bit of whipped cream is unacceptable.

Panera doesn't have many vegan options but what is there is quite tasty. I grabbed a Mediterranean salad with hummus, tons of veggies added, a bag of chips, and a nice beverage.
The portion was good, the food was well prepared, the dining experience was enjoyable.
The music wasn't too loud - a good volume to be heard but not so loud that you can't have a conversation.
The restaurant was clean however overall there is a need for more attention to detail. two of our orders were incorrect with both missing items and incorrectly made. We called to discuss the issue and we're told 'the manager might call you back'. .....no phone call in return.

I ordered a bagel in the drive thru- ONE simple bagel. Sliced and toasted. It came back so unevenly sliced the bread broke in half because it was too thin and the bread was BURNT. I wish I wouldâve taken a picture. So thatâs one. #2 I came back around the drive thru and THE ENTIRE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER. Did not want to wait on me or open the drive thru window to even see what I wanted KNOWING I had just ordered. But sometimes you kill things with grace and leave a review after. The way they looked at me made me know that because I am black they expected I. Would be disrespectful. In fact I was nothing like that, I waited for 10 minutes out there until they were forced to open the window because a car came up behind me for their order. Then when I got helped the driveway girl said âwell we didnât know you were there because you didnât stop at the drive thru window so next time do that.â I replied, âMy love I seen all of you looking at me through the window, but you know hopefully this doesnât happen âNEXTâ time.â Thatâs it. Kill them with kindness, but just know this is not the first time I have had a terrible experience with my food at this Panera. 0/10 would not recommend. Learn to offer the service your company culture prides itself on

Classic Panera, but it looks like it was built in the last few years so everything felt pretty nice. I will say that the staff was really friendly. Well at least one girl was when I went back into request bread instead of chips. Being friendly and polite goes a long way to me It left me with a great experience overall.
