They bend over backwards to accommodate their customers needs! There was a mix up of the pickup time but they stopped what they were doing and had them ready in no time! Needless to say, I left there as a happy customer! Super friendly service staff and excellent snacks.

Pretzels are always served soft and warm. They are delicious. Recently one of my grandsons drew a picture for them and he was recognized and rewarded by Amy & Joe (owners) for it and given an award. They both make my grandkids feel special. They are very personal. I highly recommend their pretzels and store!

Pretzels were under cooked. Place if filthy. It is obvious management doesn't check anything, or they would see the 1/2" of build up between the counter They don't even clean the counter, filth over the pretzels. Makes you think what you don't see. Never again.

Always an awesome experience at Philly Pretzel Factory - Muhlenberg. Nothing beats a freshly made hot soft pretzel straight from the oven. Remember to buy a few extras because you will end up tasting some on the drive home too😃! Staff is super friendly, and they also have great deals when you follow them on social media! They are definitely the best pretzels around, and we do know our taste for pretzels here in Berks County! Visit them, you won’t regret it! 🥨💯🔥

Just horrible I purchased some not long ago and got mold in my cream cheese that was not expired ,also the owner is very very rude not to mention the comments I’ve heard come out his mouth when one walks away if he does not like you just horrible I will never step foot in there again

Have to give a huge shout out to Sherrie and Joe! They gave us a tour today with our kids and they had the best time! They let us come behind the counter, showed us the mixer and how the pretzels are made, let us fold our own pretzels and watch the whole process! Our kids absolutely loved it- this was above and beyond. This is what makes a good business and it’s now a memory for our family!

I purchased a large party tray for New Year's Eve. I know it was busy but my nuggets were way undercooked. First time ever that a tray wasn't eaten. So disappointed and at 44.00 for the tray I would not recommend this establishment.

Just had a horrible experience. Treated very rudely when asked about a bottle of mustard being included with the 100 pretzels I bought for a charity event. Told I could not get a bottle of mustard with them while there is a sign on the wall stating free bottle of mustard with 25 pretzels ? Also asked why I was charged $60 for 100 pretzels when the sign says $50. I was told since I ordered online (which i did as a courtesy so they had a heads up about a large order), Will not purchase here again or recommend which is a shame.
