They bend over backwards to accommodate their customers needs! There was a mix up of the pickup time but they stopped what they were doing and had them ready in no time! Needless to say, I left there as a happy customer! Super friendly service staff and excellent snacks.
Pretzels are always served soft and warm. They are delicious. Recently one of my grandsons drew a picture for them and he was recognized and rewarded by Amy & Joe (owners) for it and given an award. They both make my grandkids feel special. They are very personal. I highly recommend their pretzels and store!
The staff and owners of the Philly Pretzel Factory in Muhlenberg are absolutely amazing! They are always so friendly and helpful. I am a member of the OVES PTO and they always go above and beyond to support our school!!!
