Bring back the Deluxe pizza. So disappointed

When I was little my parents came here all the time to do there shopping by buying stuff in bulk. Fast forward 30 years later, I came here the other day, I don't have a membership, I just wanted to look around and maybe see about getting membership depending on what they carry and customer service.Yeah I won't be getting a membership. While I was there I seen employees treating other customers very poorly over something with the self checkout. This place definitely changed over the years and for the prices I saw, I couldn't see owning a membership unless you are business owner and you want to buy bulk. Plus with how employees attitudes were, no thank you.

Love the store but watch out for their supposedly 'cooked' chickens. We bought one home that was seriously raw! If they cooked it 15 min that's a lot. They better teach their cooks how to cook chickens!

Went through the car wash in Temple, PA and my credit card was charged $120.00 for the wash! Called my cc company to advise.

Favorite location ever! Then again... who could ever complain about a Sam's Club? The staff here is friendly. The items are always fully stocked. My favorite part about Sam's Club though is the pizza. If you never had Sam's Club pizza you are missing out!!! YUM!

The people here are just rude and underpaid. There's no one working here while it's so packed you worry about someone running over your feet with their cart. Generally uncomfortable atmosphere and overcrowded for what it is. Very noisy Latino crowd.

Only giving this place a one start bc I can't give it a -10,000,000. First of all I was there at 9-16-21. So the line was very long and only 2 self checkouts were open and 1 checkout that an employee does it. I understand bc of covid businesses don't have a surplus of employees and now with this vaccine thing people are quitting. Anyway there was many employees doing absolutely nothing and the people in green vests were just talking to each other instead of actually doing what they are paid for. When the very sweet women behind us went up to these two women in green vests and they told her "do you know anyone who will work here?!". You do not speak to a customer that way. Then when we were finally checking out my Momma asked the one women in a green vest a question and she started being very snappy and rude. Then the other girl in the green vest came up and started to scream causing a scene. My Momma is Italian and you do not mess with an Italian unless you are prepared to be put in your place but anyway, we started to leave and I was still looking back at this crazy worker and she started walking toward my Momma and the other worker grabbed her arm holding her back. That is not okay. So I do not recommend this horrible place unless you want to get screamed at.

I've been a member here for about a year and half to two years. Most times I find what I want/need, but I know COVID has made it difficult. I loved the old layout, which made it easier to shop around. Sometimes the aisles are so tight and you almost "wait your turn" to go down the aisle. I do think the prices are fair for the most part. Obviously the ability to buy in bulk for a family of 4 is beneficial. My last experience: I rolled my cart up and let it sit. The lady told me I could put my items up on the belt. However, last time I had done that (maybe a month prior) I was practically scolded for helping. I was solely helping because there was a line wrapped around and she was all by herself. So I told her that last time I tried helping it didn't go well. She proceeded to argue with me and say that no one probably said that. So I helped put a few things up. She then proceeds to talk poorly about me and my last experience. "Customers are just never happy." How on earth do you feel the need to be rude?! Also, I would really like to see the staff helping one another. Half the time staff is standing around while there is a line halfway through the store.

I am starting to lose faith as I purchased a high ticket item that had essentially a missing bolt that I could not replace generically and almost a month later, I am still waiting for a replacement bolt to be sent to me. Incredibly inane and frustrating!!!!
