V & S Sandwich Shop

I called to place an order to be picked up. I ordered a total of five sandwiches, four smalls, one large, I was charged for two large when I only got one large so I was overcharged. three of those sandwiches I asked for hard rolls all of the sandwiches. I believe we’re on soft rolls or they were just stale rolls to begin with. When I checked my receipt. I was charged a fee open food. Don’t know what that meant, but it was $2.89 plus I was charged tax so I’m not sure what the open food fee is for and shame on me for not checking my receipt before I left so this is why I will never go back there again and I may report this to the Better Business Bureau because I feel I was being overcharged and who knows how many other people they overcharged

My family has been ordering sandwiches from here for decades! I do not live in town so one of the first things we do when we get to Reading is stop at V & S for a cheesesteak. They are messy and delicious and there's nothing else like them!

Berks county's best sandwich shop. Cheese steaks always satisfy. Got a sausage with onions and cheese, excellent.

Food taste good

Staffing was great. Sandwich? Ehh, it was OK.
I had an Italian on a hard roll with MLO plus dill pickles and banana peppers.
Taste was great, but the sandwich was so full with meats I had I deconstruct it, then put it back together without half of the meat just to eat it.

Lettuce all gross and Brown!! Really!! This was not worth to go back even though we live close by. Not as good as they used to be. Never will we order here again

One of the best places around to get a good sandwich. Their twin cheeseburger and their steak sandwiches are fantastic! The food is tasty and fresh. The service is always fast and accurate. If you’re nearby and want good food, go here!

One of the absolute best sandwich shops around! The service is fast and efficient. The prices are average. The selection of foods is great! The food itself is so delicious! My favorite is their Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak! They always put a great amount of meats and cheeses on their sandwiches.

This use to be my favorite spot but with inflation we are paying more and getting less my Italian sandwiches are so light and airy either they’re skimping on the meat or just forgetting to add it! Needless to say I won’t be back!

I recently moved back from Delaware and the first thing I wanted was a cheesesteak. I went to the Lancaster Avenue location and it was awful nothing the same about the old cheese steak that used to be offered
However your location has not changed and I absolutely loved it please continue doing what you're doing because there's so many of us that appreciate you keeping things the way they are

Great food just a little stressful because it's ALWAYS busy

This is the best store. Their food out shines all the stores. We take steak sandwiches to our family 3 hours away. Who wish a V$S Sandwich shop was in there area. Thanks again for great service and product.
