Well that's the first time I had a California cheese steak but I tell you what it was really good and I wish there was a store down here in Ephrata and the same people run it you guys are great

I hope that I can one day soon change this back to 5 stars like this place used to be. Has gone down hill in service in the last 6 months. Not sure if it changed hands or what, but now it's a miracle if you can call in an order.. that's if anyone actually picks up the phone. When you ask for extra of something, it depends who makes it since it's has recently been the usual amount on a sandwich. Since not being able to call in an order, I have gone in and waiting in line, which seemed ridiculously long for how many people were "working". Again watching as no phone was getting answered.Bring back the employees who made this place run like it used to!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! I called to get a cheesesteak and fries was told 20 mins I was there in 15 and my food fries were COLD and HARD when they were JUsT ordered!!! And I mean COLD and HARD which clearly was old af!! Cheesesteak had ZERO flavor!!! Save your money and just go across the street to giant and make it yourself! Save yourself time and don't even bother ordering from this spot!!

Very good food.I had a buffalo chicken cheese steak. My boyfriend and his grandson each had cheese steaks and cheese fries. If you don't like your food spicy don't get the buffalo cheese steak. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
They apparently changed their fries and when my mother went to ask about it and requested a refund the guy working the counter 11/17 raised his voice at her and “Let me guess you want free fries”. He spoke to her with utter disrespect. The fries are terrible and that guy’s attitude was just as bad. Do better V&S.

We have been doing V&S twice a month went today @ 3:45 for 2 Italians & fries to go always great actually look forward to it but today was horrible fries were old grease nasty. Italian with tomato on top & all lettuce also nasty not happy

This is the BEST v & s out there. I live in Sinking spring, and will drive out there instead of going to the one down the street. Great quality and quantity of food, as well as great customer service!
They make good sandwiches and the food is always good there but there prices are a little high but the food is great.
