Applebee's Grill + Bar

I had a wondrous experience at the local Applebee's today! My server Ja'van was very polite and the food was bussin bussin! 11/10 would recommend!

We were very disappointed with the service tonight. We had to ask the waiter where one of our meals was after everyone else at our table had received their meal and had been eating for a while . The manager never came to apologize for the delay and the meal was brought out after all the other meals were done. To our surprise there was no discount or offer to take the dinner off our bill. They missed the applesauce on one of the other meals as well. Need to do better at managing!

This has always been a good place to go. Its been always on-time, good food, and great service.

Came during a busy Sunday service, everything came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. Our server, Jacob, was attentive and personable, and the manager came out proactively to ensure everything was running smoothly. Great service, fast, clean, and at a great price. Highly recommend!

We sat at table #63 & our server Vincent S. was very professional, attentive and he would make sure that we were good. Great Service & the Food was delicious and the Chicken Wonton Taco is so yummy.

George is an incredible server and person. Super sweet and would definitely recommend sitting in his section!! If everyone was like George, the world would be a better place.

My server Brooke was amazing she took the meal off my tab. The steak tasted like its been sitting for 4 hours. The soda tasted like water had to trade it in 3 times, all tasted like that. Overall i am not happy with my meal and i wasted my money and happiness coming here. i want to enjoy food the one thing i love. I have a feeling in my throat and stomach that im going to throw up.

We tried this place for the 2nd time and unfortunately this visit was a complete bust once again. I waited way too long to just to be greeted. Then after a 30 min wait for the main course I received my food cold. The chicken had a horrible taste and was texture was off. The garlic mashed potatoes is an Applebee's staple, however what I received was horrible and lacked flavor. Management took my food to correct the errors made to the order, only to return my exact plate yet in worse conditions. So there the food remained. The only thing good about my visit was my server who did the best she could and was very apologetic. I will not be returning here unless it is for wings or dessert. This place needs some serious management intervention because it has to be hemorrhaging money with all the return orders that happened just in the short amount of time I was in this establishment.
