The worst ever. I would rather travel to west Chester.

On 11/19, my boys and I visited this location to place an order. However, we noticed the staff prioritizing the person behind us instead of completing our order properly. The staff also used more cheese, sour cream, and chicken for the person behind us while skimping on our portions. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the team can improve fairness and consistency in service moving forward.

I was eating my leftovers for lunch today from chipotle I ordered on friday evening, as I was eating it, I chewed on something hard-I spit it out thinking it was a bone only to find that it was someone’s acrylic nail. I am disgusted and horrified at the fact that I had someone’s nail in my mouth. I am extremely disappointed that your staff are allowed to have fake nails and are not required to wear gloves when handling food. I have also contacted the department of health about this situation. I have attached a picture of the nail below for your reference.

Wonderful food, 10/10 staff. Was met with a very warm welcome, and the lady filled my bowl up like crazy. Great ratio of rice and meat to other ingredients, and chips were salted quite nicely. Tables could’ve been a bit cleaner, but overall it was probably my best chipotle experience, and I’ve had chipotle a hundred times. Definitely gonna be back at the Thorndale location.

It is a good place to eat something quick there or to take away, the flavor is unique, the sauces are spicy which is great. The very calm atmosphere. I highly recommend them...

rude service despite most of the items ordered not being available. staff did not even offer alternate to match the price and just filled with beans

Chipotle in general has gone down hill. None of the stores have enough employees working. Store is dirty with food scraps all over the floor behind the counter, and makes you wonder what else is dirty we can't see. I've never gotten my order at the time promised in the app (usually 10-40 minutes later than promised, one time had to wait over an hour). And there's almost always something missing off my burrito that I did order (which really sucks when you pay extra from Guac/Queso and they don't include it).

I think I'm done going to Chipotle for now, just not worth it.

Third time coming here in one month with my wife and child and once again no chips.

Please save yourself the hassle and go to a different location. When I walked in, there were people sitting down that told me they have been waiting to place an order for 15 minutes. I went ahead and place an order online and I was able to pick up my food in about 10 minutes.

I’m not exactly sure how all of this works, but there is a section of staff that works on online orders (for pick up in store or drive-thru) and then there is another section of staff that does walk in orders from behind the window counter . The part that was confusing to me was that there was plenty of food behind the counter, so I’m not sure why people are unable to walk up and place an order right away.

So we have two people doing mobile orders

And we have three people prepping food and not taking orders when there’s already food readily available.

Walked in and saw a number of people sitting and waiting for food. Employee mumbled something about 'going to be a long wait.' Place did not look clean. Drive thru line was not moving. We ended up leaving. Most likely won't go back.

So it's real simple. Poor service, poor servers, poor attitude, poor delivery. This will get you one star every time. No excuses.

Have ordered here about 15x since opening. Quality and service are always questionable and there is about 20% chance order will be fulfilled and on-time. This was tolerable as Chipotle would provide a credit for a future meal once reported. Unfortunately upon the latest order mishap (wrong protein, missing all drinks, missing chips, out of guacamole, missing fruit) after waiting 20min beyond pickup window where our order couldn't be located, Chipotle stated "Unfortunately, I'm not able to compensate every time an order isn't perfectly satisfying." when the incident was reported. I would not classify this latest experience as perfectly satisfying having not received items paid for.

The same men that serve the food hang out, out front smoking cigarettes and cannot serve food because they are "short staffed" Typical coatesville experience. Lousy help, dirty environment, and bad experience.
