Wonderful food, 10/10 staff. Was met with a very warm welcome, and the lady filled my bowl up like crazy. Great ratio of rice and meat to other ingredients, and chips were salted quite nicely. Tables could’ve been a bit cleaner, but overall it was probably my best chipotle experience, and I’ve had chipotle a hundred times. Definitely gonna be back at the Thorndale location.

Was in the area and needed some food and a place to sit in between appointments. I came during a pretty down time, the staff were very personable, friendly, and funny. They gave great portions and my bowl was overflowing the lid barely fit on it!

The food here is fine and I’ve had good enough experiences when I’ve ordered in store. However I got delivery this time and whoever was putting together the order definitely was not paying attention. How are you going to put an order clearly marked with someone’s name into a bag clearly marked with someone else’s name? It’s just annoying that lack of attention caused me to get something I didn’t order and won’t eat cuz it’s not what I like. And there’s someone...
