Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas, cakes, and pasta. Said Hailey was pulling up for 20 minutes. Was outside looking didn’t see a dominos car. Finally called the store she went back to the store claims she tried to call me which was total bs because I never received a call. Still sitting here waiting an hour and 15 min later. There’s no way our food is still warm and I expect a full refund !!! Absolutely pathetic!!!!!

Ordered pizza online. Go inside to pickup pizzas and see my name under ready on the screen. Wait 10 minutes before any interactions from employees. Gave our name and told they didnt have any pizzas for us. Thank God I didn't prepay. Left with no food after 15 minutes. Go anywhere else.

I ordered online, pizza with extra pineapple got no pineapple, also I ordered Mac and cheese with bacon got no bacon.
Incredibly slow. On several occasions, we’ve waited well over an hour and a half AND picked up our food while the tracker says 9-18 minutes. Would advise finding another pizza shop

Just ordered 2 pizzas today. Past experience has been good, but today both were tasteless. Both were selected from their specialty menu. Will seriously reconsider ordering again.

Ordered 4 pizzas and wings, paid extra for extra wing blue cheese sauce. Picked up on time; it was already ready and cooling fast. Receipt said we picked up eight items in five boxes. Got home, all sauces missing even the 1 we paid extra for. Called back, they said it was our fault. First time order, but we somehow should have known that we have to ask special for sauces, they aren't in boxes as stated. Even though we paid for them! They suggested a half hour round trip while cool pizzas for colder just to pick up the sauces. We asked for refund, manager said No, must call corporate. We did, to no return call. Used the contact form too, No response. Website still shows ready for pickup, so cannot review there. 😟
