There was an issue with the app not working properly and the first woman I dealt with was extremely rude and refused to help me and would not tell me what her name was. A second woman named Deja (sorry if I spelled name wrong) stepped in and was willing to make it right. As a customer service professional myself for that first woman to flat out refuse to help me or even give me her name is completely unacceptable but Deja clearly understands customer service and deserves a raise. The other woman shouldn’t be in customer service.

Huge shoutout to Jacenda, the manager here! Every time I come to this McDonald’s, she’s running the place like a pro. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and my order is always right (which says a lot!). You can tell she really cares about her team and the customers — she’s super nice, professional, and always makes sure everyone’s taken care of. Hands down the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had, all thanks to Jacenda and her awesome crew!

I walked into the dining room to make my order 3 out of the 4 kiosks were down so I proceeded to try and make my order on the 4th one it wouldn't allow me to make the order I wanted so I went to the counter. I waited about 10 mins as the staff ignored me and continued to help the mobile delivery drivers over and over again. Finally I said something a staff member came up to me asked me for my order started helping another mobile driver right in the middle of me speaking and when I stopped speaking she got an attitude with me and tried to rush my order.

my friend and i ordered 2 burger meals, and all the ingredients we removed off the burger were put on the burger, and everything we actually did want wasn’t there. i payed more than 20$ for THAT??? this staff seriously needs to get their shit together. also not to mention my friend is literally allergic to lettuce so she couldn’t even eat it. are we so serious rn
