There was an issue with the app not working properly and the first woman I dealt with was extremely rude and refused to help me and would not tell me what her name was. A second woman named Deja (sorry if I spelled name wrong) stepped in and was willing to make it right. As a customer service professional myself for that first woman to flat out refuse to help me or even give me her name is completely unacceptable but Deja clearly understands customer service and deserves a raise....
Huge shoutout to Jacenda, the manager here! Every time I come to this McDonald’s, she’s running the place like a pro. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and my order is always right (which says a lot!). You can tell she really cares about her team and the customers — she’s super nice, professional, and always makes sure everyone’s taken care of.

I only go here if I have to get happy meals they take care of the car line outside first and have you waiting to order until they finish the car line Sucks I have waited sometimes 15 to 20 min with crying kids hate it
