Ordered over the phone was rushed to order something, went to pick up food and told them they might want to work on their over the phone service, he must have thought I wanted free food but no I had no problem paying for my order.. bad customer

I was craving for some Vietnamese food and decided to go here on the way home. It's a very nice looking restaurant. I love the decor. There was a wide selection of food. The service was typical Asian-ness. (?) We had bun rieu, bun bo, bo la lop, jackfruit smoothie and Vietnamese iced coffee. The bo nuong la was tasty. The noodle soup tastes okay as a whole, but the broth was very watered down and flavorless. The bun bo is not spicy at all. It's pho broth with chili oil and flank steak. It's not right. The bun rieu could use more flavor. The crab paste is not great. The jackfruit would of been better with real fruit. It's artificial flavor powder and was too sweet. I'm disappointed. I want to think that the pho is probably amazing. I want give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't want to encourage lazy cooking and bad presentation of Vietnamese cuisine. P.S. The best thing was the iced coffee.

yall complain too much, the man takes your order, they cook it, and you eat it as he refills your glass everytime. Whats the issue lol, the food is good everytime and the guy is super cool, gave me a free sprite one time. Pho now is my home- Tony

Pho Now, 3911 E. Lincoln Highway, Downingtown, Follow-up, November 28. Fail. Observed live German cockroaches in various stages of development on a hand held slicer hanging on the wall, inside a rice cooker, which are food contact surfaces stored as clean. Also, dead cockroaches and parts of dead cockroaches in various stages of development were observed in a pan holding ingredients on the prep table and on equipment throughout the facility. Clean and sanitize all wares and equipment. A vacuum to quickly depopulate cockroaches has been supplied and is on site. Continue to empty vacuum outside of facility to prevent return. Dead insects were observed throughout the facility and dining room. Thoroughly clean all surfaces, walls, floors and equipment. Disassembly may be necessary to completely clean some equipment and areas. Continue to use the vacuum to quickly depopulate German cockroaches as their harborage sites are cleaned/repaired. Sanitize surfaces used to store food equipment or containers prior to reuse. Numerous live, multigenerational German cockroaches observed throughout facility in food preparation and utensil storage areas and in the Dining Room. Continue work with licensed pest control operator and employ integrated pest management strategies. Chief among these strategies is complete and regular cleaning of the facility to minimize available food, water and shelter. Numerous dead multigenerational roaches were also observed through out the facility. Focus cleaning on wok line and walls and the floor drains. Remove all grease build up.This is from restaurant inspection 12/20/23
Love Pho Now! Grew up Vietnamese and when we moved out here, I missed my mom’s cooking. Best pho in the suburbs if you don’t want to drive to Philly. My husband loves the spring rolls and seafood pho while I love the rice dishes and summer rolls.Parking: In a shopping center so plenty of parking

Nothing to complain about really except you can NOT order on line. Food is delicious! The pho is great! I love the shrimp summer rolls! Just wish they got with the times and offered on line ordering.

Always had good food while here! I love the pho, veg or grilled pork. And their banh mi to go is great with the grilled pork. Service is pretty darn quick. As for atmosphere, I wish there was light background music/TV playing. Sometimes it just seems so quiet lol. One time we went and the TV was playing Vietnamese news quietly out loud and it was nice to have that in the background

I love the Pho. Every time I’m craving soup. I come here. My favorite is the Grilled Pork Chops Pho and spring rolls.I hope they bring the Online or delivery service soon.

Food was inedible. The chicken in the chicken curry was super tough. Wasted $16.00. Was super excited to try this establishment but super disappointed.Would have taken the food back but it was already after 8pm.
