When you ask and Pay for Venti we expect a full cup
I’m not usually one to write a review, but I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff / quality of service. This is a bit of a new location and I can understand why some customers may not be as pleasant / thrilled with their experience. Thank you!
Edit on 3/19 — ok, now I understand what others are saying … the staff really has no concept of greeting someone / answering a simple “how are you” / returning a smile. You can do better.
Ordered a cinnamon dolce venti. Picked it up within 5 minutes, it was 3/4 full. Drove back to store, 2 baristas said that’s the way it’s supposed to be. They would remake it but it will be the same. I spoke with customer service who apologized and would bring it up with the store. Had problems here multiple times since they opened (hot coffee made iced, wrong orders). I give a lot of slack but after consistent issues over time, I’m done getting stressed over a stores issues impacting me. I’m done with Starbucks too. Just too many other good coffees on the market to deal with these headaches and insincerities. Good luck coffee lovers!
I hate to do this, but I’m sorry this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Every single time.
I asked the girl to wait while I got my app ready to scan my app and she demanded payment and then told me afterwards she couldn’t scan my app because I had already paid and was very dismissive and slam the window shut. I will never come here again
I stop here at least once a week. Today, one person at drive thru, one at counter and one making drinks and one getting off their shift, walking out the door. The drive thru had 6 cars and not moving, so I went inside to only stand for several minutes realizing it was going to be just as long. They need more Baristas!!!

I'm sitting in the parking lot doing this post. It is currently 6:52 pm and I've been here since 6:47 pm but the location is closed. I first pulled up to the drive thru thingy but no one answer even after I said hello numerous times. A vehicle pulled up behind me so I went to the drive thru window. I could see a female in the store either sweeping or mopping but she paid me no mind like I was invisible. I pulled into a parking spot and went to the entrance door and pulled it but it was locked. I could see the employee less than 15 feet away cleaning and looked like she was going out of her way not to look up. Not sure why they were closed since the time online says 7 pm every day and there was another car behind me so I wasn't the only one. What's the deal? I wanted a strawberry acai with black tea and a pup cup for my frenchie... not happy!

I know they are knew but they don't really have enough workers yet to be really open and a guy with a man bun just kept staring at us waiting for are turn and they take there time on everything I know there can be more improvement

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I came up to the counter (there was no wait and no one waiting for any orders) and the girl at the register looked at me and then turned right back to another worker and just continues gossiping about whatever they were talking about. And I just continue standing there at the register, no hello or anything. I eventually just left because it was so rude.

Took almost 10 minutes to get my Frappuccino! There was not a line and only one boy ahead of me waiting! But the 2 girls working were more focused on talking to that one boy instead of doing their job.
