I was looking for some quality cupcakes for my elder mom's birthday, and I had previously tried Acme and Giant, as well as a few bakery shops - but Sweet Beginnings was the charm! They are awesome! The owner, Sharon, came out to help me and offered good advice. I had one of the cupcakes (have to taste test them for others! ;) and was impressed. I can't wait to see what their cakes are like, and will order one in a few months for my wife's birthday. I would highly recommend this place to others!

It sucked we ordered a cake for my nephew and it was a boy three years old we got a Thomas the train cake and it was pink with pink flowers around it now what I expect for a boy when it could have even been red and black and the design of Thomas was awful and lastly after a ten minute drive to my brothers house we started eating the cake and it was dry it was as dry as the sands of Egypt you literally had to be drinking water to eat it. In total the cake was a complete waste of money.

I was recently referred to Sweet Beginnings to purchase a cake for my grandson's birthday. I ordered the cake and between the time I ordered it and picked it up another friend of mine told me that Sweet Beginnings does not make cakes from scratch, their 'scratch' is a box cake and they doctor it up! I still decided to get the cake and when I went in the bakery, the cake I got did NOT look professional at all! The decorations looked like my grandson could have done a better job! As I was walking out the door with the cake, I could see ants on the floor and actually caught a glimpse of one on the counter where my cake had just been put in the box. I WILL NEVER, NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL ADVISE ALL MY FRIENDS TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY CUPCAKES AND CAKES.
