I don't think I'll be returning. Last night, I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich and got the tiniest chicken breast I've ever seen. My fries were cold and not crispy at all. Finally, the switch from whole leaf lettuce to shredded is a big downgrade. Nevermind longer term mistakes like removing the Grilled Chicken sandwich from the menu.
Unfortunately, this review is probably more reflective of Wendy's overall than this particular restaurant. Quality has been declining for several years and all of Dave Thomas's DNA is essentially gone at this point. The folks working there are doing their best but it's clear what ownership is doing to this chain.

We had placed two spare mobile orders and went through the drive thru. We waited for a while on the side for them to come out with our orders, which is fine but they got our orders wrong with my first order being Chili and baconator fries and a baconator burger which didn’t have the burger in it. My second order being a Dave’s double combo with cheese fries and instead of the Dave’s double got a baconator burger. So the point is that I didn’t get a baconator burger in my first order and got the baconator in my second order which is supposed to be a Dave’s double. This is a Recurring problem.

Horrible! I think my burger was cooked 3 days ago. Why is it crunchy? Tasting like old socks! No chili for chili fries. In a smaller area with little late not options get your stuff together or close that would be preferable.

I went to the drive thru at Wendy’s in Thorndale pa. Service was fine but the baked potato with cheese and chile was the worst i.v ever had in the world! I’v ate at this Wendy’s for way too many years! My wife even worked there 30 yrs ago! This place now needs help!

I approached the counter to order, and the employee’s attitude was unacceptable. He stared at me without greeting, sighed loudly, shrugged, and walked away. After waiting, he returned with another employee to unlock the register (finger print) and asked, “What do you want?” in a clearly irritated tone. I placed my order, but I won’t return to this Wendy’s. I’d rather drive farther than deal with employees who don’t want to work. I won’t spend another dollar here, and I’ll advise others to avoid this location.

I went to get food last night, they had me pay for extra barbecue sauce which is fine, 3 barbecue sauces come with each of the meals and I paid for 2 extra, they didn’t put not 1 barbecue in that bag so I literally paid for them for nothing!!, our food took over 15 minutes to come out bc the “manager” decided he wanted to have a concert and sing instead of doing his job, when the food was handed to us everything was cold, I will never go back.
I stopped going here completely because within the last year, I CANT GO without a male at the drive through trying to get my number and uncontrollably flirting. I’ve stated so many times to stay professional, I just wanna eat, I’m in a relationship. SAME GUY EVERYTIME! And even when I have my children in the car. If you’re a female stay away. I just go to McDonald’s if I need some fast food now. STOP PUTTING THAT MAN IN THE DRIVE THROUGH

Food was cold, tasted stale. Only got like 5 fries in the cup. Worst food we have gotten from this location. Usually food is pretty good. Must have been the staff that was on today. HORRIBLE!!! Tried calling multiple times and no one answers,

It was lunch time but I was the only 1 i at the window they apparently was rushing because I ordered 2 salads extra dressing and a biggie bag came home only had 1 bag of toppings 1 extra dressing no straw no sauce and I ptfo do better
