I come to Wendy’s very often with my son. I am a loyal member we come 3-5 a week if not more. I am a full time nurse. I work am to pm so I’m not always able to make diner. Soon as pull up to drive thru I’m not greeted kindly at all the girl taking my order had a attitude and made it uneasy to complete my order now this isn’t the first time then I goes around to pay and I’m using my rewards they also have an attitude as if I don’t have the right to! So then next window to pick my food up I can literally see another who I see all the time she rolls her eyes and says to another employee I hate her she sickening as if me coming to spend my money is really affecting this girl do her job! And to put the cherry on top the take me thru all that and STILL don’t have everything in my order so I’d have to go in that’s why I check my bags now. All around nothing but nastiness and bad customer service I will be reaching to the manager and head corporate of this location in thorndale. I work to hard for my money and spend way too much at Wendy’s to have endure every-time a bad/negative experience. Do better Wendy’s and get employees that actually want to be there let alone work!

Went through the drive thru, and it took some time to acknowledge I was there. But the woman who took my order was so nice and has a very kind voice. I think they should have her on drive thru when she works.

I never used to like Wendy’s food growing up but I’m not complaining now. Their chicken meat (fried) was juicy and tender and yummy. Everything was fresh and their fries was hot and had a lot of flavor. Good job Wendy’s for improving the food on ur menu.

On Monday I just ordered a Dave's single without cheese. Someone added a lot of salt on the burger. I took the sandwich apart. Salt was visible in the center of the burger. I had to remove the salt to finish it. I have eaten at this Wendy's many times. I hope this doesn't happen again.

They accept mobile orders when the Exton location does NOT. The employees are always friendly here. The manager Mike is EXCEPTIONAL at doing his job. He is a very efficient worker, and he creates an energetic and playful environment for both the employees and customers. Everyone works very hard, even while being short staffed.

2025- maaaan i used 2 love wendys but last time i ordered it on doordash the nuggets was weird n now today i ordered the chicken biggie bag on doordash n dey gave me a nasty lookin ass bacon burger n i dnt even eat pork or beef… like bro that was so disgusting to me i barely even eat chicken so seeing that made me feel gross
