Food was a lot to be desired. I'm from out of town and stopped literally based on reviews. Never again! Not only was my appetizers over cooked, nearly burnt, the food was also over cooked, I know Temps are to be at a certain standard but food shouldn't be rock hard neither. Salad was greasy as all get out even.
I was at your restaurant Monday night. We had dinner, and brought two friends with us. As usual, the food was absolutely delicious!! Our waiter (😊) was so personable, and excellent with his customer service skills. I also bought one each of the fudge. I like the Christmas Vanilla Fudge, but, hands down, the Christmas Sugar Cookie Fudge is one of the best that I have ever had. Can't wait to return!
This little spot was great to have lunch at with my coworkers. They have been several times, but this was my first time trying Rikki's Place. I had the mashed potato bowl and it was massive! I had so much left it was dinner too. The chicken was fried perfectly and wasn't greasy. The cook in the kitchen knows how hot to keep the oil! The potatoes were legit and the gravy was pretty good, not the cornstarch water with a touch of salt that you'll get at other joints....
