If there were less than 1 star available I would choose it. In 30 years of traveling every week this is THEE worst dump I have ever been in . All hotels were booked in Phl for tonight so this is what a got for $100. First off it's a motel not a hotel . No elevator. Outside facing rooms . Smokey , moldy , dirty , buggy . I'm not sure I have enough adjectives. Waited 45 minutes for a hotel that is 5 minutes from airport?? I'd like to think the front desk person gave me the worst room because she was angry at me for calling inquiring about the van too many times . But I doubt it . Please do not stay here . It truly is horrible.
By far the worst looking inside and out hotel I've ever stayed in. The lady at the front desk did help me out because I arrived 3 hours early an she let me in my room two hours early, so kudos to her. Didnt leave cuz I'm on military orders and didnt wanna go through the hassle of paperwork an other things to getting another hotel AND the other hotels in the area near the airport was 150 and up. I'll let the pictures do the talking. 97 dollars for this. Smh. Thanks PA
Room 263. I understand that I booked on a discount website, but this wasn't worth the $83 I spent on it. Stuff stuck on the headboard. Dirty covers. Burn holes in a non-smoking room. All the furniture was scuffed. Mirrors dirty. Only the toilet and sink were worth having in the bathroom.
Where to start?! The room was filthy. Dirty carpet, stains on the towels and bedspreads. 2 of the 3 lights in the room didn't even work! The outlets by the nightstand did not work at all. The faucet for the shower was busted & broken. There were people coming and going at all hours of the night and hanging out in the laundry room/stairwell. In the lobby, there is a sign that clearly says the shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours a day, and no reservations are needed. Well when we went to use it in the morning, we waited and waited and the shuttle did not arrive. Not to mention, the lobby was locked and closed and there was no staff to be found. When returning back after our trip from the airport to get our car, we had to call to ask about the shuttle. The employee told us we had to call and make a reservation for the shuttle. FUNNY, since the sign in their lobby says the exact OPPOSITE. Long story short, this hotel should be called the Lack Of Quality Inn. Even if this hotel offered to pay ME to stay here again, I would absolutely never.
My family and I checked in, got a non-smoking room, and it was the worst room I've ever been in. Don't be like us. Check the reviews. The room smelled overwhelmingly like smoke, so we called to double-check that it was non-smoking. Apparently it was. And there were no other rooms available to switch to. We took off our shoes to get into bed, and the carpet in the whole room was sticky. One of the grossest things I've felt. There was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, whatever, but there were other things too - for example, the clock wasn't even set right, the bathroom was a bit dirty, and the air unit was full of dirt. The air was awful, and it was pumping AC. Even in late October, we were considering just trying to find a campsite or something. We all woke up with headaches, runny noses, and our voices were an octave deeper. We just left as soon as we could, coughing for the next few hours. I've never had the overwhelming desire to just stand in a forest and get clean air. This'll give it to you. We got this hotel in an attempt to save a few bucks, and it was not worth it. Honestly, you're so much better off paying a little more going somewhere else and actually sleeping well. Again, don't be like us. Theres no option for zero stars, so one will have to do. Well, nobody broke into the room. It functioned as a hotel room, even though it was terrible.
There is a mouse in my room, it smells bad, and the bathroom has mold and hair on the floor. I hear every plane taking off and landing, and a train whistle. I am looking for somewhere else to stay tonight, this hotel is creepy.
Bad experience, can't recommend this hotel. Unclean, in need of repairs. Our first room, water was coming from the ceiling in the bathroom from a leaking toilet above our room. Our second room, the bathroom door was damaged and the room walls were extremely dirty. Breakfast was suppose to end at 10:00 am on the weekend but hostess closed it at 9:30 am. So some hotel residents had to leave and pay for breakfast. We went to Cracker Barrel.
Friday June 29, 2018 I checked into the Quaility Inn on 600 Gov Printz blvd (Philadelphia airport) room 161 The staff was great, the room was nasty. I should have listened to the reviews. My room smelled like mold and cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Half of cable channels went out two hours after I checked in and never came back on! The AC system was so loud that I thought I was sleeping next to automotive repair shop. The AC never cooled the room and the vents were packed with filth. I couldn't get even remotely close to my first floor room with my rental car and had to carry everything back and forth to the room from the car- and vice versa The tub was dirty and while taking my shower I noticed I was in about 4 inches of standing water..... disgusting! The older women that checked me in was extremely sweet but that doesn't make up for the nastiness of this hotel.. and the free breakfast was non-existent at 8:30 am Saturday June 30th when I checked out.. I flew into philly Friday 06/29/18 for my brothers funeral which was Saturday the 30th and had to contend with this nastiness? Horrible!
This place is terrible, first of all when I got to the room the door was a pull and you had to push hard, then it took a while to get the lights on and the phone was disconnected, it was dirty and there was no remote controller, the pillows are hard and the room was too hot. Let's move on to the breakfast, everything was fake and the "chef" wouldn't replace anything until more people came. The eggs were dry but when squeezed provided some liquid which is questionable. The sausage was terrible, no flavor but a rough texture. There prices on drinks are horendious and overpriced at the front and finally everything was premade and boxed inside the employees room only, so no actual food was made. There were cigarettes dumped In front of our room when we came back. In the end, this was a waste of time and money, wouldn't recommend coming to this garbage pit. It's called quality inn but it lacks such quality. Would give it 0 stars.
If you're only staying for a night because of its location to the airport, its doable... but wouldn't suggest staying for a vacation! The room was a bit dirty. I was woken up multiple times throughout the night from trucks in the parking lot, which is right outside of all of the windows. Also, our power went out in our room and we had to go to the front desk at midnight (had to walk outside in 30 degrees and snow at to get there) to get it turned back on.

If I could give it zero stars I would. So disgusting. There was stuff on the walls, the carpets hadn't been cleaned, stains on the sheets, lamp shades has slashes, the shower faucet was falling off. Our flight came in very late so we had no other option, we had to put towels down on the bed because we couldn't stomach sleeping in the bedding. You have been warned!!
Needed a place to crash for my early morning flight. Decided to stay near airport. It is 10 minute away from airport and they have free shuttle and complimentary breakfast. Didnt try the breakfast as i left at 5 am and they go from 6 to 9am. I wouldnt wanna shower in here bc it didnt feel so clean. To rest a few hours before an early morning flight, it is fine. But wouldnt recommend for anything more than that.
Old but clean and they made a valiant effort to update. We also ordered pizza delivered to the room. It was good
Checked in and checked right out. The service was amazing, Jeffery is great. However the rooms are atrocious. Even if it's between sleeping in a car or sleeping in quality inn, I would rather sleep in my car.
This is an awful hotel. I had to change rooms twice because the first one had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and then the second one they opened up and put me in had a strong marijuana smoke smell. The rugs were dirty. The place felt gross. I only picked it because it was close to the airport. I do not recommend this place.
