Food was fantastic the philly cheese egg roles are so good. Had the veal, shrimp and scalops in butter and white wine sauce over noodles, great, veal Alaska. Great food sat at bar and the bartender was more concerned about talking to friends than serving anyone. Never sat at a bar where to order food the waiter had to help. Bartender you sucked!

Eating here is like eating at a family diner owned by the genteel side of the family.
Adrian was superbly charming, psychically attentive and yet so relatable that we felt utterly at home. I'm definitely coming back!
Side note for the chef: sprinkle a little fresh rosemary on the rack of lamb and it will turn a delicious entrée into a superb one! Also maybe try a lighter breading for the delicate fried oysters and experiment with broiling the scallops.

This restaurant, in business since 1938, feels outdated and hasn’t evolved with modern culinary standards. I visited for a late lunch when the restaurant was nearly empty. The menu lacked variety, so I ordered the Fried Seafood Combination, which included flounder, shrimp, scallops, and a crab cake, served with French fries.
While the breading was well-executed, the flounder was completely flavorless. The scallops were overcooked to the point of being inedible. The crab cake, in contrast, was excessively seasoned, tasting like it was made from a boxed kit, but poorly executed, rendering it unpleasant.
I appreciate establishments with history, but this restaurant seems stuck in the past, serving food reminiscent of the 1970s—unfortunately, with none of the redeeming qualities, only the shortcomings.

Had an unbelievable dinner at Lehman's. I was in the mood for seafood, and am super happy I came here. Got the broiled seafood combo -- the scallops and shrimp were done perfectly, and the lobster tail meat was super sweet. And the stuffed baked potato was awesome! Also got generous wine pours, the staff and regulars were great, and I even got to meet the owner Dennis. Had a great time, and will definitely visit again soon!

Had a really great experience coming in tonight to the tavern! Everybody from the hostess to the bar staff to the weight staff was friendly and attentive. Chris, our waiter was excellent, and made our dining experience wonderful. This was our second time coming in since moving here in October and we were so happy we did! We had a very traditional America. plate order with Lehman’s cheeseburger deluxe, spaghetti and meatballs, and french onion soups. All 3 items were incredible- we will be back again! Thanks!
