giant eagle will call the police when someone enters without a mask, but won't tell their employees that someone working in the store had covid.

I was going into the store, like I have two times in the past
1 1/2 months (no mask and no asking) ....I was told by one employee I needed a mask.
.I explained I have a medical condition and could not wear one...at which time another employee appeared and told me they didnt care if I had a medical condition that Giant Eagle was following the Governors decree...which we all have been told if you have a medical condition you are not required...the one employee did not know this regarding the Governor he stated Giant Eagle required masks...I explained your all right with breaking the law and he stuck to you must wear a mask....I proceeded to ask for both of their names to write to the Corporate office...at which time the one employee acted panicked and said that they could shop for me...I said no thanks I would write Corporate and would not be coming to the store at all even after the virus is done...I'm a loyal Giant Eagle customer with a Giant Eagle card....so much for good customer service andfollowing the law...you really cant make it up as you go along...very sad you lost my business and others...hope it was worth it...😔😔

Last month I was told not to go back without a mask. The manager didn't care that I have a medical reason for not being able to wear one. I even told him he could call my doctor which is directly beside the store. And told him per Gov. Wolf people with medical conditions preventing from wearing a mask were suppose to be let in. The guy didn't care and was a bit rude and power trippy. Giant Eagle corp doesn't care either..

I will be boycotting them. It is not their place to escort people out of their store that cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition. They are not even allowed to ask why. They violated the governors order. There is an exception for medical conditions. This is unacceptable.

Love the peanut butter donuts and there garlic bread is 5 stars. Sadly I haven't seen it available in months and hope for its return.
