We ordered online, then we went to it pick up at the done time. It still wasn't ready after 30 minutes. So she gave us someone else's pizza that was ready. (Sorry Patty- we got your pizza) Then after waiting about 40 minutes she said our cookies that we ordered weren't done, so she threw us frozen cookies. FROZEN! I asked her are they always frozen?
