I had an absolutely amazing experience at Subway today, and it was all thanks to the incredible staff, especially Carys. From the moment I walked in, Carys greeted me with the warmest smile that instantly made me feel like royalty. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my order was made to perfection. The way she complimented me throughout the process made the entire experience even more delightful. The food was spot-on, exactly as I wanted it, and the impeccable service left me feeling truly special. This was a five-star experience that I won't soon forget!

I came in on a knee scooter with a broken leg and order a foot long herb and cheese turkey sub with provolone toasted. There was a metal piece up and I could not see what was being made and while it was toasting I was making my way over to get a pop and looking at the cookies while I told her what vegetables I wanted. When I got home and sat to eat sub it was a tuna sub. When I called she “Melody”,who made my sub, answered and said no I ordered a tuna. And nothing could be done cause I ordered tuna and if i did order turkey I watch her make it and said nothing. So nothing can be done. I told her I was not watching until after she added the lettuce and spinach. I am sure they have cameras and can see.

Unfortunantly I can't eat anywhere in town, while allergic to gluten and dairy, and this subway is one of the many which does not carry any GF bread, at all. The slowest of the sub chains, I welcome Jersey Mikes or FireHouse Subz, to come to town!

I LOVE TITUSVILLE SUBWAY!! salad so good, veggies fresh AND the workers are very nice! they are competent unlike other subways I have been too! I 100% recommend AND leave a big tip!

Went there and got two half subs. Asked for a spicy Italian which is pepperoni and salami always has been. As this is the only thing I eat on the menu, opened up my sandwhich when I got home which is 30 minutes away, and saw that they had put ham on my sandwhich. They didn’t put cheese on our other sandwhich we had ordered. We don’t live close by so it was an inconvenience. Make sure you check what you’re getting before you leave there. Worker was nice but they were not busy, at all was upset when I realized they messed up my order.
