Ordered Doordash tonight...The Pittsburgh salad (chicken) half rack of ribs and the cajun steak bites. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED that the ribs were out of stock (pathetic) or given a chance to substitute anything in place. The salad was ok but tomatoes were all wilted and gross. The steak bites were at least half what we got IN the restaurant AND LIKE CHARCOAL. The Doordash driver also gave the order to the wrong person and not as directed (front porch) but I got it immediately. I will NEVER order from them again. What a total waste of money AND my husband had to eat half my salad 'for dinner' which was not what he wanted. TOTAL waste of money. Very disappointed. Never again. A lot of $ for nothing.... never cool. WHY would you not contact me (both house and cell numbers given) to ask if I wanted to substitute an entree if it was not in stock? Here we are waiting for dinner and only half arrived....and partial charcoal.

Just had the daily special for lunch: Cajun steak bites with Alfredo. It was phenomenal. I donāt normally eat that much for lunch but Danica made it sound so good I changed my order to that and so glad I did. The steak bites were done to perfection and the Alfredo sauce on the linguine was perfect as it was full of flavor and wasnāt runny like some places. The price was very very reasonable also.

My daughter and her boyfriend went there for there anniversary dinner. My daughter's burger had a screw in it. They stated the other food was cold. The Waitress said that she'd replace the burger "free of charge"
I don't understand how a cook let's a burger leave the kitchen with a screw in it. The burger came to the table without the bun on top, so how didn't the waitress not catch it. This was Ridiculous.
The waitress was really sweet and nice. But the food was not good and was cold.

Just had the best lunch at The Drake. Great service, amazing food, and such a nice venue. highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal

The service was wonderful. It was fun to order a beer that is a bottom fill to find fun facts on a magnet. The prime rib was great but over cooked for a medium rare. I really enjoyed the reuben. It was very drafty so bring a sweater.
Spaghetti was just warmed and not hot. Waitress charged me for a refill on my soft drink. So a spaghetti dinner shown on the menu for $12.99 ended up costing over$24 after tax and tip. One more thing, their credit card machine gives you the option on an 18, 20, or 25 percent tip. I was already frustrated so I quickly chose the 18 just to hurry up and get out of there. I don't go back to restaurants that assumes tips. I gladly leave generous tips for good service. I didn't get it on this visit.

Let me say to begin with, that our server was absolutely fantastic! She handled all of our concerns and issues perfectly, and was very pleasant and apologetic! However, thatās where the praises have to come to an end. Sadly we were informed that their previous cook, who was there from the beginning, quit recently and suddenly. Iāve never had ribs as good as he used to serve ? I absolutely do not recommend what they are providing now!! More bone than meat and very very dry? My wife had the chicken fajita, the chicken was so overcooked she sent it back! Used to be our āGO TOā restaurantā¦.. NOT anymore

I wanna say first and foremost our Server was the best despite all the negatives about this place the Server was not one. She was very apologetic for all the mistakes
My steak came the first time well done and dry ( i ordered medium rare) it even had a tooth pick that said M-rare in it. ? The second time it came it must have been hot off the grill and they didn't let it rest because when i cut into it, it went from pink to grey so fast.
My Caesar salad was soggy and wilted like it had been made 2 days ago, and some of my fries i got were raw or undercooked still.
My grandmothers "grilled cheese" was barley toasted, the short rib meat was day old if not worse, and the cheese was par melted.
Also ordered a 2 mango tea (which they didn't have priced) and it was 6 dollars WITH NO REFILLS??
Overall this is a been there done that for us. Defiantly not worth the price or time. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Put a to go order in. When arrived was told it was not ready and would have to wait 15 more minutes for my order. Ended up 20 minites later. The reason why my order wasn't ready was because it got put behind the dine in orders. I ordered Shrimp and scallop dinner. What scallops? 4 pieces of shrimp. Not worth the price paid for it. I will just make it at home and be able to feed 4 for the cost.

The only good food we got was the Buffalo Chicken dip which was surprisingly good. Had a nice spice to it. For entrƩes I got the Oak Barrel Steak with a Caesar and fries and my grandmother got the Short rib grilled cheese with fries.
