I went to get donuts and munchkins for my friends and a couple of kids at a get together. Hardly any donuts and almost no munchkins. What kind of dunkin' donuts doesn't have donuts? And 7 munchkins was completely unsat.

Always out of everything, machines don’t work, you will wait 20+ minutes for a drink, parking sucks, never enough staff, stale donuts.
They need to figure out a new method for taking online orders. I just waited 30 minutes for a frozen coffee. In store customer should take precedent over online orders.

Enjoyed our breakfast here today(5-18-24)! ? Fast, friendly service, and our order was correct and delicious! Clean and tidy inside seating area with a window view of the busy Rte. 6 main street just above the historic area of Towanda PA! Will definitely be back!
