This place has gone downhill. Been going here for 3 years now. They don't care about curbside orders. You have to wait 25 minutes or more for curbside orders. What is the point of having curbside if you ignore your customers. I called them out on drive thru and they don't even apologize. Stay away from this place if they continue to not care. I rather go to the one in Troy since they are more attentive.

UPDATE: After speaking with this girls boss, the problem was solved thanks to Jess. I have grandkids so I have been to McDonald's many many times and have never saw anything so bad. Thank you Jess for making it right!
Was over to McDonalds in Wysox on the Golden mile, and this is how the order went: Me: 2 bacon cheese burger Her: we don't have bacon Me: then 2 cheese burgers, l large fries and 1 small fries, 1 Big Mac, coke Her: we don't have any cold drinks Me: a 20 pc nugget which I have a coupon for from the app Her: we can't take the coupon Get the order get home the large fry isn't even half full and they are tiny hard as rock, the Big Mac looks like a 3 year old put it together, the nuggets are rubbery and it cost $23!!! Needless to say I called back and told them I wanted to speak to her manager and she said I am the manager. I told her that was the most pathetic meal I had ever seen and I would like to talk to her boss (who wasn't there, I guess) so I told her I would call back tomorrow. She is going to reimburse me for the meal but when I call the boss tomorrow, I will ask for gas reimbursement too!!! Oh and the 2 burgers were missing from the order!!

Terrible service, I hate to give 1star to this location! Worse McDonalds ever!! Whatever you order you going to end up waiting for 20 minutes because the crew can't get their orders right !!! Definitley needs a overhaul with customer service!! Better trained employees !! Its called fast food, not slow food!

Ordered food at kiosk just to sit and wait for over 20 minutes for our food and then had to ask where our food was and they lost our order. Had to wait longer for food. Then had to deal with tons of fruit flies while trying to eat our food inside. This McDonalds has gone very down hill.

Ordered 2 Happy Meals and a cheeseburger and Large fries- absolutely the MOST DISGUSTING burgers ever !! They look like they were taken out of the bin where they throw out OLD items OR maybe this store neglects to do that and just feeds their customers TRASH !! I took photos of my burgers - heck even my 3 year old boy wouldn’t touch it !! YUCK - I tried calling several times but it goes to a busy signal after ringing 3-4 times !!

Had to clean my table, food was pretty fast but didn't give us our drinks and after we're done eating I went to the counter to get our drinks because they were never given to us and they ignored me, 5 people walking by me back and forth and they ignored me finally I yelled can I please get my drinks and a little while later they finally gave me my drinks, its normally not quit this bad but today was just horrible

You have to be incompetent to work here. If you don’t know the difference between a large and medium, and you also can’t read or hear, this is the place of employment for you! Can’t ever get the right order, and good luck trying to call and complain because the phones “busy” all day long. Makes sense their “mascot” is a clown, because this place is a joke!

Terrible experience. Ordered from the kiosk. Selected a number to have it delivered at a table to eat there. It was put in a bag at the counter with there was no drinks with it so I thought my food was lost. It was never delivered to my table. I had to go find it while the manager sat on her butt stuffing her face.
