Went to the drive thru get to the pick up window dude don't say a word gives me my drinks 10 minutes later he hands me 2 bags not a word so now the food every burger was dried out made wrong totally disgusting wouldn't feed this crap to a dog and the employee at the window gotta go Oct 19th around 3pm worthless and to serve food like that đŸ€ź

my husbad had to wait 10 to 15 minute for fries, an employee came out and asked him what he was waiting for. my Asiogo chicken bacon sandwich had 4 pickles (why), no cheese or bacon. this has happened before. He said he will not go there again. lucky for this store I don't like McD's or Burgerking that well.

This location is very hit & miss. One time, it's a 5* meal, next time it's a 1* meal. Doesn't matter time of day or evening. You're just rolling the dice every time

It's 8:45 PM on a Friday & the restaurant doors are locked. The same cars have been in the drive through for 20 minutes. This restaurant is constantly like this. I have waited at times 20 minutes for my food while the employees joy ride around the parking lot. The lettuce is almost always old & wilted to the point that i always ask them to leave it off my food.
Something needs to be done..this is BAD BUSINESS!!!

I’m working all day just want a Burger, come in the lobby to be told oh it’s closed due to staffing you have to go to the drive through
 walk out go to Drive through “Sorry we just reset our system so it’s down for now and we aren’t serving
” I wouldn’t be irritated if they hadn’t just told me to go to the drive through.

Playing God awful rap music really? And the workers drop the f bomb every 3rd word. Nobody should have to ask to be helped but that's what happened before I walked out.

I order a honey chicken biscuit and it came with hamburger bun and no honey on a Saturday ,
Then I order for dinner time 2 biggy bags and wanted 2 frosty for drinks and had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes for them to bring my biggy bags out with no drinks asked the young kid about my drinks and waited another 10 minutes for drinks and when he came out with them they weren’t the frosty .tried to call both times and no answers the phone . Very poor services .
