Nino's New York Style Pizza

Placed an order for delivery finally got it hour and 20 minutes. Food was cold and did not taste good. Still tipped the driver wasn’t his fault

Cold in the middle lasagna which came before a fish sandwich and forgot the fires with fish sandwich then frozen cannoli.

Went downhill...used to be really good a few years back. I don't know what happened, but the place has really lost its touch. It's not authentic Italian whatsoever. Mostly frozen and prepackaged food. Also, I see the other reviews about the soup. I had the same experience. I ordered French onion soup and it came out in a plastic bowl. It was just broth with dried out onions on top. I told the owner about it, she flipped and told us to leave. Unfortunately, I forgot my phone there. I kept calling it and it went to voicemail. I told a friend about it, he went up and got my phone. Turns out, they stuck my phone in their freezer. It was ice cold when he brought it back it to me. The owner should be grateful I did not file a police report.

Server was nice but the place had the atmosphere of a finished basement not an Italian restaurant, the food was all grease 0 flavor, just go to Scottos down the street.

Great real Italian restaurant. We had pizza and a everything stromboli. Stromboli could have had less cheese and more of other ingredients. Pizza was very good

Have been calling for 45 minutes trying to place an order and they won't even answer. Saturday at 2pm. Then they replied saying they're closed on an open day ???

Our order took over an hour to be delivered, and then they delivered it to the wrong house. By the time the food got here it was cold and soggy. The garlic knots tasted like straight oil, I could literally taste the frying oil more than the garlic. Mac and cheese bites tasted like they used box mac and cheeses. The food made me sick 2 minutes after taking a bite. If you need something to be delivered don’t order from here, it will take atleast an hour everytime even if you live extremely close.

owners are absolutely terrible. I called bc they absolutely screwed up my order and now I'm banned and they refused to take my order and wouldn't serve my teenage daughter. what a disgusting group of people. such a shame.

Sometimes they deliver to my area other times they don't. I guess they pick and choose. It can't go based off of a tip because I give $10 either way. But good service on the phone and amazing

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat after visiting our grandfather in town. Was told to seat ourselves, which we did. Another 5 minutes had passed, and no one bothered to come give us menus or offer beverages. Not even a simple "we'll be right with you, we are busy."As we left, we simply got a "we're sorry."

Every single time I order delivery, it’s almost an hour late and the food is cold. Ordered my child food, and the chicken nuggets were dark brown because they re-fry the chicken nuggets. Half of my pizza is nothing but crust.

As a pizza maker I know the difference between large dough and small. Ordered a large pizza and they used dough for a small pizza. Was extra thin. These owners are always trying to get over.
