Food isn't made from scratch but likely great value Walmart items. Owner seems to hide and ignore any problems that arise. Heard Ex employees were just strung along at delmont location and then never even thought about there unexpected loss in work being told it'll open up in week just to be screwed over. Do not work for him he is a crook!

Waited 15 minutes after being seated to even be acknowledged . Placed our order when she finally came to our table at 10am .. at 11 am still no food . Finally asked and was told they ran out of eggs which no one was told that . When our food finally arrived after an hour scrambled eggs were burnt . Potatoes on 2 plates were burnt the other 2 were perfect . Bacon was barely cooked . 1 of us didn’t receive his toast with sunny side up eggs . Just to clarify there were approximately 12 patrons seated at the time plus us . Overall I’ve heard great things about Pipers bay but on this occasion it was awful . For $53 plus a small tip I probably won’t return !

Cute place to look at, however don't come in a hurry. Each time we've been here at different hours and one time it was half empty, still cold food. They will make sure your coffee cup is filled, but sadly that doesn't make up for the cold food that eventually comes out.

A little pricey, but good food and a friendly staff.
We went this morning based on their reviews. Our experience: we arrived around 8:45 and were told to sit wherever. A few minutes later our waiter took our drink order. She brought over our coffees to which was rather old tasting. At that point she took our order. At this point it started getting a bit busy. After waiting 35 minutes our food came out. I got their eggs Benedict with their potatoes. One of my egg Benedicts was delicious, the other one had a huge eggshell in it. Otherwise, they were seasoned nicely. Next up was their potatoes. These were under cooked, under seasoned, and tasted like frozen potatoes? I was a little underwhelmed with all the amazing reviews they have. Perhaps they just had an off day? Another review posted about the "air" in the restaurant, I'll have to agree. When it gets busy, the onion from the potatoes get very strong in the restaurant. They need a bigger hood or crank the one they have up more haha.

Good service even when busy, good breakfast fare. Only issue was acrid air due to lack of separation/ventilation between the kitchen and the dining room. My son's eyes were pretty irritated by the time we left, but he said he'd go back, so.
