We went this morning based on their reviews. Our experience: we arrived around 8:45 and were told to sit wherever. A few minutes later our waiter took our drink order. She brought over our coffees to which was rather old tasting. At that point she took our order. At this point it started getting a bit busy. After waiting 35 minutes our food came out. Good service even when busy, good breakfast fare. Only issue was acrid air due to lack of separation/ventilation between the kitchen and the dining room. My son's eyes were pretty irritated by the time we left, but he said he'd go back, so.
Three of us arrived at about 1145 am on a Sunday morning. The place is small and was packed. Waited 5-10 minutes for a table but once seated the server was fast, attentive, and friendly. The food came quickly. I orderd the Piper Bay Special which was satisfying, but the over-easy eggs were overcooked. One person in our party ordered an omelet, which was huge and tasty.. The other ordered the waffle, which she liked. All-in-all a very pleasent experience.
