Unorganized. No seating. 20+ people waiting for ice cream and not one employee knows what to do. The entire store smells dirty. It’s run down and disgusting inside. Never ever again will I come here.

Man there was only two people working there it was an older couple and I have to say I gave them a pretty decent order and I wasn’t even there for 15 min and the food was ready to go and I also got the new honey bbq tenders and the garlic Parmesan tenders and WOW!!!! They were amazing I have to say I wasn’t expecting them to be that good and the customer service there is great it’s very quiet and that’s a good thing all in all I give everything a 5 star rating I’m definitely gonna be comming back for those tenders again !!

Unfortunately I won't be coming back to This particular dairy queen ill stick with the harleysville location cuz I was not very happy with the banana split sundae I ordered and the manager at the place didn't apologize for the miscommunication makes me sad a little cuz I loved the trappe dairy queen but after the experience I had a few Fridays ago I wont be back

A customer service training should be required along with an understanding of inclusion. We were neglected service, standing right in front of the person attending the business for over 10 minutes. My family and I felt discriminated. I don't recommend this business.

If they gave a prize out for cleanliness and decorations my vote is this Dairy Queen. It's like Christmas land. Very clean place. The decorator is the worker there. What a fabulous job. I stopped in last Sunday Dec 10 had a burger fries and a peppermint Chill blizzard. Oh wow it was fantastic this blizzard. You must check out this Dairy Queen.

I prefer this Dairy Queen location even though I have couple more locations closer to me. The reason is the staff are friendly and more welcoming unlike other locations i have been. They validate the online coupons found in DQ app.
I don't know who the miserable old man with the gray beard behind the counter is, but he needs to work on his customer service skills. I go in there all the time to get ice cream for my two dogs. I asked for two doggy ice cream and he sneared at me, rolled his eyes and said the kid cups. better leave the counter work to the kids.
After our Memorial Day BBQ this evening, we went to DQ for dessert. The teenagers working behind the counter impressed us with their organization and politeness, and we thought everything was quite clean. Regarding a handful of their menu items, they were delighted to respond to our inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream and have plans to return.

The gentleman who manages the place is very kind! Service is great and the food is well made!Kid-friendliness: It's got the retro dairy queen vibe which makes it extremely exciting to take the kids to enjoy and they really decorate the place nicely for the holidays

Poor service, pricey, $7.00, for med "hot fudge Sunday" , all she did was plopped fudge on top of vanilla ice cream, which tasted sour! Trashed after one taste.
