I was surprised to see low ratings cause we've gotten food (pizzas, chicken, and parmesan bites) from this dominos dozens of times and it's ALWAYS good. There was only once where they left off some toppings, we called and they made and sent us a new pizza super fast. Sometimes delivery can take a while but not any longer than anywhere else on a weekend night. The new parmesan stuffed crust pizza is SO GOOD, better than pizza hut's stuffed crust and I'm sorry to say that cause pizza hut is very nostalgic but it's the truth. Anyway thanks to this dominos location for always making us delicious food!

I ordered chicken Alfredo curbside pickup. Waited about 15 minutes after checking in and went in to get my order. Young lady said she was the only person working and apologized for not bringing it out. Said she did not hear the beep. I was cool. The food was dried out and no sign of sauce. I understand being short staffed but the quality has been going downhill constantly. Dominos needs to do better.

This place is absolutely pathetic. They won't answer the phone 2hrs-1½hrs before they close... And if they do answer, don't get delivery. They're always late because they're too cheap to hire more delivery drivers.

This was by far the worst cheesesteak and pizza EVER. Being close to Philly I figured I’d give the cheesesteak a try. That was a mistake. There was literally maybe 1 once of meat on a hard stale bun. The pizza was like cardboard. 🤦🏾♂️. Additionally we ordered at 11 pm. Delivered at 12:50.

We ordered the New York Style pizza. The closest it can come to a NYC pizza is if a Dominos pizza got ran over by a NYC taxi.

This location is 11 minutes from our home in Skippack, PA and they seemed to take the scenic route from the opposite side of town and took between 30 - 40 minutes to deliver our pizza. SMH !!!

Honestly the food is fine. It's the employees and customer service that's the problem. The manager clearly does not care about this location as they often do not have a delivery driver and when you call in it takes 10+ minutes for someone to answer. No one ever has a reason as to why the service is bad or why they offer delivery when they don't have a delivery driver. I would always suggest not ordering from the dominos, but unfortunately they don't have another one close enough for me.

I ordered at 9:55...my food arrived at 11:38pm. Someone called me at 10:30 and said it would be an hour. When I asked if it would be cold, she said no...it was just coming out and the driver was on the way back and I was first for delivery. I called back at 11:10 because the food still hadn't arrived. I was then told the driver didn't take it on the last run and it had to be remade but the driver was on the way again and that I was next, again. It was mentioned to refund ONE of the pizzas. Food arrived - both pizzas were hard and bascially room temp, same with both chicken order. My husband worked for Pizza Hut for 5 years sonqe know old reheated food when we see it. This is my first and last time ordering from here.

Good - Very good customer service in store.Needs Improvement - Very hard to understand over the phone. - Pizza had very little sauce and no cheese at several spots. - Topping did not taste fresh. - Pizza had a funny smell when we opened the boxes. Not the best first impression. The kicker was they weren't even busy, no other pizza was being made. Looks & tastes like they cut corners.
