This location is 11 minutes from our home in Skippack, PA and they seemed to take the scenic route from the opposite side of town and took between 30 - 40 minutes to deliver our pizza. SMH !!!

Honestly the food is fine. It's the employees and customer service that's the problem. The manager clearly does not care about this location as they often do not have a delivery driver and when you call in it takes 10+ minutes for someone to answer. No one ever has a reason as to why the service is bad or why they offer delivery when they don't have a delivery driver. I would always suggest not ordering from the dominos, but unfortunately they don't have another one close enough for me.

I ordered at 9:55...my food arrived at 11:38pm. Someone called me at 10:30 and said it would be an hour. When I asked if it would be cold, she said no...it was just coming out and the driver was on the way back and I was first for delivery. I called back at 11:10 because the food still hadn't arrived. I was then told the driver didn't take it on the last run and it had to be remade but the driver was on the way again and that I was next, again. It was mentioned to refund ONE of the pizzas. Food arrived - both pizzas were hard and bascially room temp, same with both chicken order. My husband worked for Pizza Hut for 5 years sonqe know old reheated food when we see it. This is my first and last time ordering from here.

Good - Very good customer service in store.Needs Improvement - Very hard to understand over the phone. - Pizza had very little sauce and no cheese at several spots. - Topping did not taste fresh. - Pizza had a funny smell when we opened the boxes. Not the best first impression. The kicker was they weren't even busy, no other pizza was being made. Looks & tastes like they cut corners.

I placed in an order about a week 1/2 ago and received this burnt mess, absolutely no cheese was left. I called the store and they said they’d add a comment to my profile and when I placed an order they’d send another one. I placed another order today and spoke to Kyle who told me there was nothing in the comments indicating that and to call the manager Joshua to “iron it all out”. So expect garbage and for this dominos not to make it right.

I used to work for Domino's and the pizza I ordered is fine but whoever made this chicken did a horrible job. It has like no toppings on it like it supposed to and just looks like it was tossed into the box. Where's the mozz cheese, feta, ranch, and buffalo that belongs on it. I'm disappointed cause their chicken isn't exactly cheap for the amount you get esp when none of the toppings are there. Don't know if I will be ordered from this location again.

I’ve gotten delivery from here quite a few times in the last few months, most of the time being quite late at night and my expectations have always been far surpassed.The delivery service is quick, the drivers are all very friendly, and they accept cash on delivery even when ordered online/through the app.The prices are simply unbeatable, it makes eating healthy that much harder haha. They constantly have promotional discounts and if you sign up for their rewards, you get perks for free food within your first order or two.The quality of the food itself is so much better than i remembered it to be. You cannot go wrong with a handmade pan pizza (especially when it’s reheated in an air fryer). I usually go for light sauce and well done and it’s so dang good. The cheesy bread is stellar as it had always been. Cinnamon twists are good, but i do miss good ol classic cinnastix. Rip, no worries though overallTake the bad reviews with a grain of salt, Karen’s will be Karen’s. At the end of the day, it is Dominoes and if you set your expectations as such, even if you set them a little higher, i think you might just be surprised at what you get. 4/5 starsThank you Dominoes for always turning my hangry mood into full bellied happiness (even at 10,‘inured to close, you guys rock)

Called and asked for Adrian the manager on duty. Asked why after 45 minutes why my order wasn't started. He said it's his last day. Asked if I wanted my money back and said it might get back to you in 3 or for days. I asked if the owner was there he said no and he wouldn't care. As a national chain they are a mess. He said owner is Mohammed. I guess Mohammed is incompetent to let someone to run his business on there last day. Bottom of the barrel service .
