As a doordasher the waits here are insanely terrible.. never once had the food been ready on time. Average is 10-15 minutes late. Will be adding it to the list of stores I do not deliver from

~*~Edit to reply~*~ In the dasher app you're given a time to pickup the delivery by. If you don't it hurts your "on time rating". I came from 10minutes away and arrived 3 minutes before my pickup time. And when I got the delivery it was 15minutes past the pickup time.. so I was there for 18minutes.. 18minutes of down time/loss revenue. So maybe your staff should be more considerate of that. Also, nice to know that you're able to respond during peak hours when your kitchen can't get the food out fast enough instead of helping!

Service was great. My son and I loved the cheese steak. I got the Philly Dilly and my son got the regular cheese steak.

We weren't crazy about the pizza. The cheese had some type of aftertaste. My stromboli was ok. My wife was disappointed it didn't come with a sauce and I didn't think to ask.

Well worth the 45 min drive we took for the cheese steak.

The food was good but does not live up to the hype. It was more expensive than it tasted. Not bad but wouldn't make a huge deal out of going.

Owner is a class act & the food is incredible. North East Philly born & raised, had about every cheesesteak in the city & this spot makes my top 3 without a doubt. Give it a shot & you won’t be disappointed🙌🏼

Review of Philly Dilly

I’ve been a fan of Philly Dilly for a while, but my recent experience left me disappointed. One of the things I always appreciated was how the sandwiches used to come in a sturdy box. The box not only kept the sandwich intact but also added to the overall quality of the presentation.

This time, however, the sandwich came wrapped instead of boxed. By the time I got to it, it was smashed and didn’t look appetizing at all. The flavor was still good, but the lack of care in packaging made the experience less enjoyable.

Philly Dilly, please bring back the boxes! They made a big difference in maintaining the quality and experience your loyal customers expect.

Don’t know what was worse the horrible service, not getting what you ordered or how horrible and overcooked what they did bring me was! Told them how horrible all was was not offered a discount or apology won’t me back again!

Wow, it’s always exciting when you find a new place to eat. My wife and I eat out 3 to 4 times a week and have always been looking. Search over , this place was AWESOME. Great atmosphere credible Food and Tara. Our server was very friendly and just provided us with an amazing experience.

Wow, we have found a new place to eat out that, got a cheesesteak to go and fried zucchini to go and a chicken salad Caesar salad and it was phenomenal. If it’s that good to go, we can’t wait to dine in and see how awesome everything is thank you very much. Great job.
