This was my first, and most likely last time visiting this location. Got there after lunch rush, it was me and one other person behind me. Please tell me why I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order of 2 items because only one young girl was manning the front, making my order and the order of the person behind me while I could hear at least two more girls loudly cackle and laugh in the back the entire time? overpriced and bad service.

Love it here! I go every friday on my days off with my 2 year old! The one employee, Mikayla was SO nice to us! My daughter was having an off morning & she could tell, she was so sweet to my daughter & told her she could pick out a special smoothie my daughter loved the idea of a “special” smoothie & brought a smile to her face! I hope to see mikayla again!

I'm so irritated with this place. The smoothies are good but it depends on who is working. TWICE I have used the drive through and twice I had to turn around and go back because my cup was not filled all the way. Three inches of nothing. If i'm paying this much money for a smoothie it should be filled to the top. And when I take it back they just threw it in blender and added more ice, so now I have a blan icy smoothie. I'm pissed.
I would of have it 5 because I love smoothie king but I would have to give it a 3 now. The last time I ordered. I did a mobile order due to on the way to work so I could just pick it up and run. I ordered it and it said 10 mins but I waited 20 mins and had to leave without a smoothie. I did call and get my money back. It was a Friday with it being upgrade Fridays and understand it is busy. I feel like you should have more than one worker on a Friday morning.

I enjoyed the Apple Pie smoothie I had on Tuesday so much, I went to my normal location to order another one. Such a disappointment. Maybe the young lady who made it just didn't know what she was doing.
