The food was good. It’s a bit too expensive. A combo (with 4 pieces of chicken will cost you $11.79 and a 6 piece combo will cost you $16.99. You have to pay for the dipping sauce? Considering the price I’m paying for the chicken, the dipping sauce should be free (.39 a tiny cup) Or give a bigger cup than the size you give. That’s not even enough for 2 pieces of chicken. Also be prepared to wait for your food. This is not a run in and grab some chicken and leave type of place.

Waited a while for service. Got the impression that they might have been short staffed. Ordered, waited. They make everything fresh so you should expect a wait.Got our food and it was hit or miss. The toast was damp and limp despite only being in the styrofoam box a minute. The fries were a bit limp. The tenders were hot and fresh and greasy, had to wait while they cooled down to edibility. Cole slaw was good.I used to think Canes needed to be better if they were charging more than other fast food places. Now other fast food places charge the same for worse food. Canes is a good deal, but just a little disappointing.
